VAG K+CAN Commander china

Hi guys . What do you thing about VAG K+CAN Commander. I bought one from Ebay. Looks like wont work. Looking at the intarface this tool if would work fine can do lots of things.

Which version have you bought? It might look like not working, you have to setup connection settings properly. If all the options shown in the interface would work that would be a brilliant tool. Unfortunately around half of them does not work (it depends on the exact version of cracked software).

Can anyone repost thread on getting VAG Commander 1.4 (Black Version) to work, as link is dead. Also tried to download software from other link and that is now dead as well.

If anyone can help getting these dongles to work much appreciated as still a few people having problems.

Anyone know how to use Vag K Commander 1.4 whit Passat B5?

It connects but dont allow me to read codes, just shows the identification number.
Im using the K line connection and the port is correct.

The k+can can commander won't do a lot of stuff it is supposed to do, among others is diagnostics.
In general, diagnostic should work on can (k-line diag not supported, read description), but I have not found even one car where com by can worked out properly. By K-line you only can read the module ID, but this works with every module installed, at least.
So basically this device will allow you to read eeprom from cluster and ecu of supported models and read the login (pincode) directly on some models.
It's not recommendable to program keys with this tool, esp. on newer cars, as it might cause havock in immo or dash.
At last, never tried "milage correction" with the commander, just keep in mind it's a cheap chinese clone and you get what you pay for.

It seems this version of Commander infected by virus and my PC refusing work with it.Other version I downloaded from Download-Download Center-UUCTECH (http://www.uuctech.com/Download/List_24_3.html),
but this time a window of Commander is too big in my PC's desktop and I can't make it smaller.Does anybody know how change it, or from which site I can download smaller,not infected version?

I don't know is it this version virus or not,but my PC was without antivirus for a long and my PC little by little became unusable. Even start of system was impossible. So, I instaled in safe mode antivirus and....oh,shit, my hole Windows was infected by virus,especially folder "system32". So,I decided don't use PC without antivirus. And this version of Commander my antivirus identificating like Trojan downloader and refusing work with it.
So,do anybody know other version for China adapter?

I have got the black connector. It does not work with the version 5.5. Does anybody know where to download a working version that does not contain any virus?

Hi guys. I'm facing some issues with the VAG K CAN Commander. But after couple days and checking few other cars, I think there is some issue with my car. I own Polo 6N2 and if I try using the vag k can it simply can't connect to the 01 Motor, not even reading the EEPROM from the ECU menu. and I've searched for a solution and so far no luck ... Tried with Passat (not sure what model, but it was 2003) and worked without problem.


Could be my ECU is dead (or malfunctioning)? For reference I have communication with other modules (ABS, AirBag ... ). Also using VCP 5.5.1 seems to communicate with the ECU, but not this VAG-K_CAN_Commander_1[X].4


Anyone having the same experience?
