Hi there,

I have an original copy of the DENSO EPC (A) 2009 (october), but I'm having troubles trying to make a copy of it.

Has anyone been able to copy this cd? I tried with an original version of a 2007, and again, it stucks at 8%, I think there is any code inside the CD that doesn't allow it to copy.

I did a copy-paste copy to a folder, and tried to install from ther, but it ask for the CD.

I made CD image from that folder, and tried to install... and it stills asking for the CD.

The only way is to use the fu***** original CD.

If anyone knows how to copy the CD, please help!!

Installing from the original CD it requires a password.

I think it is a CD protection and remains in the image files that innovateq had created for us. Therefore, even we use virtual CD to mount the file, the program still asks for the master CD. We will need to find a solution for this in order to use the image file. I am trying.

Hi!,

Here you have the DENSO EPC-A 2009. Released: July 2009. Valid thru: April 2010. Just change the date of your computer.

The key for installing is: HE385426

Remember that someone has to fix the problem when trying to install this.... It has a special protection that doesn't allow to install because it is a copy of the CD.

I'm trying to burn the CD's... do you have something to comment???

I'm using Imgburn and it shows me this error at 8%.

Is it possible to burn this images? or the only way to use it is virtualizing a CD-ROM drive?

Sorry... this error appears when Imgburn verifies the content of the CD after burning it... Now I'm working with the phisycal CD and it is going very good!

Thanks for posting this software.

People may find that the software now gives an "Out of Date" error after installation as it did with me after I installed it today.
I would just like to inform people considering installing this that the out of date situation can be overcome by using a date changing software program such as "DateCracker2000" as I did.

I would like to gain info on how this system works and what the solution could be to a problem we are having with this tractor which the local John Deere dealer seems unable to cure.

The tractor when under moderate load generates an ECU fault code (177) and then proceeds to go into limp mode (Engine derate code 68).

My internet research suggests that code 177 is a problem with the pump solenoid No1. An understanding of how the system works may help me to look into this problem which I think is a wiring problem but I have no info as to which wires from the ECU go to the pump solenoids.

Unfortunately I do not have access to JD Service Advisor which would perhaps help to diagnose the problem.

Thanks very much for the files they are very useful - I did come across the HINO files when browsing the Denso software and yes the pump is of this type.

This is the info off the pump label:

DENSO 094000-0313

Unfortunately searching the Denso software with these numbers does not return any information (software returns a dialogue box stating that the part cannot be located - This CD-ROM does not contain......etc.)

I have found the info about the "New Common rail system (ECD-U2/HP0)" fitted to the HINO and this does appear to be the same system but unfortunately there are no diagnostic procedures and the DTC's listed are different to the JD ones, I am presuming that JD customise the ECU.

The info you have provided and the stuff I have found within ETSI has at least given me an understanding of the system, and if I can acqire the wiring diagram for the tractor I may be able to check for electrical faults at least.

I'm told that these pumps do fail and it's often the Cam that fails ... some of this fine metal will stick to the magnet on the G (sub-NE) sensor causing problems, take it out and check that there is no fur on the end of it.
