Hi,

I recently bought a PP2000 OBD Interface from Ebay. I have updated my software to 24.21 and its firmware to 4.2.2.

But my interface can not communicate with 207s and 308s. There is no problem with 106,206,406 cars that are produced before 2005(i think)

Can anyone help me with this?

but when i try do C4 it say need active again hotline manualy with yellow screen i generate code and copy and i can not valide enter finaly i close window and go on f3 for

Hi

Have you tried to un-install and re-install it again and see if you can get the PC ID,

It could be that's your problem because of not having PC ID, (0) is like PC not recognised.

Now I uninstall all and re-install LEXIA-345 only. And the problem all goes on. Again activation is OK, again PC identifier code is 0, again no connection with cars... any more idea please?..

Have You deleted APPLIC folder from disc C after uninstallation? If not - uninstall it again, delete this folder and then do installation from beginning!

thanks very much indeed. however I have a problem. After all I make activation and it does well. But, I don't know why, the tool doesn't connect any car.

By the way, the PC identifier code gives 0. Only 0. Anyway it makes activation. I wonder if the problem is about that 0... Because, my prior experiences tell me that PC identifier code is different than 0.

i have installed pp2000 on another computer and it works fine if connected to the internet or not

what could be the reason for a value of 0 as identifier, also if i connect to the internet the identifier number is ok and i can activate it, but i can only use the pp2000 when connected to the internet

if i disconnect from the internet and try using planet it needs activating again and i can't activate it because i have a identifier 0

i need to use it when not connected when out and about

any help would be appreciated

Is your operating system Windows XP? PP2000 and Lexia is for Windows XP only, not for Windows Vista and Windows 7.

Just read carefully all instructions.They all are here on DK.What Internet Browser are You using. It's working only on IE7, not on IE8.

That's interesting! I had the same thing as Digital Auto's when I was trying install PP2000 on our workshop's computer. Then Mr Patrian (not shure that was this thread) wrote about this thing. I just did uninstall IE8 and all things went right! So....now i'm a bit confused. Have no comments about this at the moment.:hmmmm2:

O.k its running now. As mentioned the main program V22 needs to run from disc or ISO for install. I'm using I.E 7 on a virtual Xp, initially it wouldn't find the interface. Let windows search for drivers in V22 folder and it found a 'sys' file and loaded it in. Everything fine now, only other thing to notice was when generating 'PASS' the PC identifier was 0, put that into generator and it activated o.k!

PC identifier = 0 is maybe normal for virtual machines, the same for me on 2 notebooks (VMWare virtual machines). But activation is OK and works normally ...

i've got a problem with Peugeot Planet running on Windows 7 in XP mode, Wincad is crashing when i try to connect to a car.
i tried reinstall windows and several versions on PP2000 with no luck.
it runs on my friends pc but only difference is my CPU doesn't have hardware virtualization.
Anyone heard about this problem ?

When next time you will be going activate it on the internet this code will be changed. And this will happens each time when you will try to activate it. Best option is search for keygen on the net.

I think I found a problem using this method of update... will lose database update if you update after clean installation to latest update or if you skip some updates and jump to latest.

Has anyone ever tried to install Lexia on a USB-pen?

I changed a 8GB USB-pen into an external hard drive by changing a line in the USB driver-file.This works fine and the pen now shows up as a?local? drive on ?My computer?.

After that I removed a previous Lexia installation by deleting C:/APPLIC and all the subfolders and erased all the relevant data with regedit.

I installed the complete lexia on the USB-pen (drive F), but Lexia is only working if I make a copy of these 4 files (fbserver.exe, fbguard.exe, fbclient.dll, fb_inet_server_exe) and put them in a remade folder APPLIC/FIREBIRD/BIN and put it on C:

How it come?

I also discovered that an update via the internet is not working correctly from the USB-pen. The update itself is working ok, but after next reboot the system is trying to update the new software. The blue bar is moving as normal to the end and stays blue for a very long time (20 min) until an error prompts.
A majdist.tmp file is stored in the folder F: /APPLIC/LEXIA. If I delete this file, Lexia will start normal again, but no update has been taking place.

How it come?

It`s works but only with lexia for citroen. PP2000 don`t have this tricks.
With Lexia You can change resolution to 800x600 etc.

I have the same trouble 6 months - no answer :)

A friend of mine tried to install LEXIA and PP2000, everything went well but after it starts (both LEXIA and PP - not every time-but we can say... usually) this error appears....Then i have tried to reinstall everything...but the same thing...
I have searched DK but didn't find anything....Have i missed something??

I just bought a PSA XS Evolution. Installed both Lexia and Peugeot Planet.

Lexia works without a problem, but I accidentally hit the "update via internet" button in Peugeot Planet. As the tool is new, it was the first time today I've tried it on a Peugeot.

When I select Peugeot Planet Diag it asks for the VIN, I input the VIN then iI click OK and it says: "unable to start the application"

What could be the problem here?

V21 is the clone version tho. So if your installing V22, you might as well uninstall it cos you'll never use it again

Thought just pp2000 works on this crack version (thats second one down on list of four), pp Diag Software needs to connect to PSA main server .

i have installed diagbox and the update and it's working fine with the device
and i have installed peugeot service backup + sedre
and citroen service backup + sedre
and it's all working fine
but is there a way to merge diagbox with the otheres
even when i am scaning a vehicle or in the menu if i clicked the error
a window opened from the other progroms automaticlly and it is about the same error

Upgrade Your version 21.14 to 22whatever, then install all Mr scarymistake's updates and away you go! If you can't update your version then uninstall it,delete related folders(APP if i remember right) , restart computer and install PP from scratch...

mates... I have a big problem...

some computers (notebook-netbook etc.) runs Lexia-3/Planet but some computers doesn't run. I mean, the same tool (and same program-version), connects to cars with one PC, but with the other PC it doesn't connect to cars. Does it have any requirement or standards?.. I know that software must be XP. Is there any vital point that I miss?..

yes dear, computers, also programs recognise the interface. I can open the programs. I can activate the softwares. However I can't connect to cars. In some computers it connects, in some computers it never connects. Same interface, same program (version); different notebooks (or netbooks) and different results. Please give me any advices that you see that I can't catch...

Do not unrar anywhere.Just unrar where you downloaded then access the update and folow the instruction.After reboot system access PP2000 and wayt till program will take the updates then connect interface with machine and you will see how program will update the hardware too.
This is it but I recomend you to download all the updates and use it step by step to not lose any data.

In the softver's menu i can use pplanet2000, but i can't use the diag tool. (no starting)

99,99% of guys from here and from others forums are using cloned interfacelol
This is the reason for this forums :top:
Sure will work with clone interface just if you have a good quality interface.
Please not ask how you will know if you have a good or bad quality clone.Just take time and read all posts about PSA interfaces&Lexia/PP200 s/w and you will get all infos.
My experience with clone interface is bad but just because seller send me a wrong s/w and I was not able to use it about 1year but discovered this great forum and great guys who helped me to find my problem but at first it was needed to read careful all posts even english is not my native language.
So take a beer box and couples of cigars and go for study

I havet the same problem when i instalet the peugeot 2000
First you or your friend must to install the version of software wath rescive the cables,and after try the update,and after the instalation must to restart the comp,first whwn i install i make the update and i dont restart the pc and whwn i want to regist i recive the eroor code 11,i uninstall all and after i makeit again step by step and evry time when the program want to restart the pc i restartet and now all works great

Activation is succesful, but when I want to diagnose a car (doesn't matter which one, bx, xantia, xm) it always displays this error message after entering the VIN "The via the desktop/starting page passed through details are invalid. Please check your configuration". Do you know what this error is about? Happens in v345, 347.99 etcetera

when trying to install older lexia cd31 on same computer installer displays the error "THESAU Not Found". Perhaps same thing wrong?
