ford tranzit conect immo-ecu

I have ford conect. Than battery discharge immo lamp start bink. In immobiliser no faults, in ecu immo fault. Same with both keys. Immo in instrument cluster Visteon, ecu siemens sid 206; 2F6F.
How swap ecu and immo?

Find somone with VCM and re-sync PCM with immo.
That's what i have done.
