Can anyone help with my new install problem on Windows XP?

I ran Citroen service box installation (for both Docbackup and Sedre), all went well. I applied INFO's to both Resource folders.

On reboot,

If I start Docbackup, icon in taskbar appears, starting service, then window opens and all vehicles are listed - good.

However, if I start SEDRE, icon in taskbar appears, then when service is started, a balloon appears saying click icon to open browser. I do click the SEDRE taskbar icon but nothing happens.

Any idea what's wrong and how to fix it?

I have the same problem, "dijo," grieg", etc. .., I installed everything and Docbackup no problem, but nevertheless, if I start Sedra, icon appears on the taskbar intermittently, then when the service starts, I get a balloon saying that by clicking the icon opens.
I click on the navigation bar icon SEDRA but nothing happens.

We must have a previous installation or am I doing wrong?

I followed Patrian instructions as best I could understand them (not sure I mounted discs the correct way as no instructions given but they got mounted and installed) but after installing, SEDRE asks for DVD1 on loading and Docbackup complains Activation key invalid after second running, resulting in Page Not Found in IE8.

Also, lots of wiring diagram files missing from SEDRE, especially Xantia. I haven't checked all cars/diagrams but none will show that I do chose.

It takes so long to re-install, I've done it five times now trying direct and via Alcohol so I guess it's my discs?

I also need activation key for XP, as I'm running Windows 7 64-bit (Home premium) and have to use Virtual PC.

VERY FRUSTRATED and losing heart. Can anyone help please?

but is there a way to merge diagbox with the otheres

Hi, i have installed Sedre explained as instruction but i couldn't see images. On explorer, all images are only blank areas. When i try with chrome, i get an error message where the place of images. I am adding screenshot. How can i fix it?605815

I have tried on two different windows 7 x86 and x64. But everything are same.

Unfortunately after the installation i get the message : ''The installed application is expired please update'' .....
Can someone help me with this?

Finally the solution was : ''infos'' file from ''PSADateExtend''
The program now works but i cannot see any images. I installed IsoView5 (it was included) but it still asks me to install it every time i try to open an image.
Can i open the pictures with another program or plugin? Does anyone know what is the problem?
