Now becasue you ahve this issues ( I don't know what this means becasue you installed in other language then English and iI cannot figure it out what that menas ) you have to erase the APPDIAG file from C:/AWRoot/bin/fi
The use Oatch
Then activate again like this

And then you have to go to Configuration and write: adress, tel, and Zip Code

Hello,

I believe the error you receive is during initial installation, after setting the profile. I believe it says that "Lexia cannot be installed" or so. This error happens if you are installing DiagBox from HDD. You have to write a CD and run the installation from it, then everything will be OK (Lexia and PP2000) will install correctly.

Check it and report back.

Is it possible to update to 6.19 from 6.05 using the file
06.01->06.19 instead of every separate update till 6.19

Or is the only fast way, again install 6.01 and update to latest.

So, the steps are:
1) Uninstall curent Diagbox and restart (be readedy for a FRESH installation);
2) Burn the DiagBox installation kit onto a DVD (there is no need for an ISO, just burn the files);
3) Install DiagBox FROM DVD and use (when asked) 32 characters code, followed by 02FFFFFF profile;
4) According to these profile, the DiagBox will start installing first Lexia, then PP2000.

I had the same problem and this was the solution.

Use a Iso program to mount the iso
Install when he is asking to activate shut down DiagBox
Use the patch and start up DB activate with the codes

If it does not work you can try the solution of "Citronel".

@ all with install problem
if you install from HDD or if you can't register:
1) stop program and exit to windows.
2) kill all Diagbox services/dll that still run from Task Manager, before apply the patch because if a file will be in use can't be overwritten.
3) Apply patch, extract over old files.
4) unzip all archives from instalation folder Archives: Lexia.7z, PP2000.7z, ppdiag.7z in C:\APP.
Attention:
Lexia.7z & PP2000.7z need to extract to C:\ because it contain already APP folder and sub-folders: Lexia....
ppdiag.7z need to be extracted in C:\APP because it contain only folder ppdiag
your APP folder must look like this:

Now you can run Diagbox and register now, try to run without internet connection. Your installation it is finished and completed.

PSA Checker only shows the current firmware version on the interface. For chinese version you need to have the interface re-flashed by Mr. Scary.

When they said it is 2012 version they said that it is made in 2012 not that you can use Diagbox after v5.29 or 6.01 and after.
The Chinese don't know how to reflash this tool becasue Mr.Scary was so smart and he dosen't told in any forum how to do this. And the Chinese have no source for dump or tutorial.
What they can do is to reflash eeprom Winbond and change the serial there. Now with this they can cheat you but they cannot reflash Fujitsu MCU
Thanks to Mr. Scary the tool cna be used in the futhure becasue if the Chinese will have this we cannot use our reflashed tools anymore.

If yu need this kind of tools you can buy one from China and send it to Mr. Scary to reflash it. It is not a fortune but you can use new Diagbox softwear versions.

Was activated, but when I test drive, I can not communicate with the ..
Install in Spanish followed the installation instructions that are on video, connect the interface, the PC recognized it and even charge driver and does not connect with car.
then returned to uninstall and install but in English language and nothing still does not connect ..
After repeated yet again and this time using (patch v06)
And finally also install it by following these instructions
installation:
1. Install (DiagBox_V 06.0) 1 (do not try to activate)
2. No update
3. 'PatchV6.exe' Copy to 'C :/ AWRoot / bin / fi / cache'
3. Run patchV6 (should have the right message)
4. Enable DiagBox (choose code customer, Profile and any activation code of 32 characters)
5. You can run the update now (not upgrading from Internet)


For clones PSA: Chinese
connect the Chinese after the release of the software, or you can turn off the automatic firmware update:
Find the file C :/ AWRoot / bin / launcher / AP.INI
Change the value to MAJ_COM = TRUE ---> MAJ_COM = FALSE

in each uninstall restoring the PC to a previous point in all these tests, I have Windows XP Professional SP3 32bit (Spanish)
And finally I saw in one of the forums I saw (PSA Interface Checker) Mr. scary .. to download and collate my interface has Chinese version (4.2.9 DB) and still does not work ..
To make it work you have to use (Install and Driver Interface)?
why not as used.

Mate why don't you read the first post?
There Mr. Scary telling you that a f..cking Chinese clone cannot works with V6.01 or higher if you didn't flashed it first.
Why? Simply becasue the Chinese haven't the dump to reflash the Lexia tool
So if you like your tool to works with the new Diagbox after 5.29 YOU HAVE TO REFLASH THE WINBOND EEPROM AND THE FUJITSU MCU. ( of course with good dumps )
GOT IT?
Well use the Diagbox v5.29 and you'll be happy.

If you don't flash your tool as Mr Scary told you, you'll not be able to use the newest versions of Diagbox.
Of course the Chinese can said that their tools can work with Diagbox 6.01 but who can stop them to tell you bullshits?
I can tell you that your cows can fly, Do you belive me?
If you like to have your own tool working with Diagbox v6 series you have to send your tool to Mr. Scary to prepar it ( to flash it ). Then you'll smile.

Usually this kind of problem arises when you are making the instalation from the HDD (meaning installation kit stored on the HDD). Use a installation DVD instead (with the Dbox kit on it) and report back.

WSTransformer error was solved by the new updates - thanks.
I also figured out that the other ones only appeared with the interface disconnected.
So everything appears to be in good order now - Still, I didn't make a live test yet...

Hi, tell you that I was able to install Diagbox without any errors from scratch. I build under W7-64bits with the latest version of VirtualBox an XP virtual machine and install DB V6.01 ALREADY PATCHED. After installation I follow the instructions above. When I start Diagbox after patch 601626 it exit with an error during the Diagbox startup installation (with Robbed). I start Diagbox again and the second time it was succesful. Could find the Lexia. But I have no car at the moment for a real test.

I have a reflashed clone and mine it works great in all cars.
Today I tested in Peugeot 307 2002 and Jumper III 2008 ( using adaptor )
I had no car that I couldn't tested.
But I have Diagbox v6.28 ( till v6.24 I use Mr. Scary's offline update then till he shared the v6.01 to 6.28 I used the online update and Mr. Debutant patch ) and reflashed tool as well and it's working like a charm

I had the same in Windows 7, even on 64-bit. You don't give advice or run PP2000 Lexia only DiagBox, so forget about the diagnosis of older cars.

Well first of all you have to do like this:
1. Install Diagbox 6.01
2. Activate it
2. Restart
3. Open it and then close it

Now you'll have the MultiDiag button

You can install the lastest versions v6.xx and you can try your tool
If in any case this one will be blocked and you'll canot work with it you'll know that it is not blocked
What I can tell you for sure is that Chinese clone aren't flashed
Or with other words Chinese clones cannot work with Diagbox v6.xx or to be more specifica with Diagbox after version 5.29
Even if they lie to you to sell their tools

Of course mate it is a befite to using new versions
If ask about internet ECU updates as a deler do I cannot say anything because I havenever bought a subscrption to be able to do this because from what I knowyou must be DELEAR to havethis permision.
The only thing that I can do online now (without subsription ) is to make upgrades of new Diagbox versions.

In some computers ( only 32 bits ) the softwear it is working strange
Better is to make a new fresh windos installation and then install the Diagox adn see what happen

I use windows 7 ultimate system on my pc. I did all the updates perfectly to V7.27. But after upgrading to v7.27 Chinese clone my interface has stopped communicating with the car.
After many attempts I decided to uninstall the software DIAGBOX.
I used Revo uninstaller to uninstall. After that I restarted my pc and installed DIAGBOX V7.02.
So I upgrade to V7.06 and now the software is just asking ACTIVATION. with this sentence:
(you must enable applications to be able to use them at that time, will carry the activation of the equipment).
Scarymistake, please help me.
Or someone here from the DK has been there. already uninstalled and installed over 10 times and nothing.

I changed my laptop. On my old laptop worked Pp2000 fine (win 7 - xp mode). Now i installed the pp2000 on the newer laptop and when i try work with car i get an error message (wincad error...win87em.dll-0001.02c6...).
I tried to install diagbox 5.02 (on xp mode too), i can install and activate the program fine (5.02) //with 1234..12 and 2fffffff//, but i can't update it, the update program (5.02-5.20) run well, but when i start the diagbox and come the update screen then by end of procedure give fault and then the diagbox already can't run. I tried 5.02-5.03 update, but there is same problem.
I have an clone interface.
Can you help me with any good ideas?

Hope you can help me. I am trying to install diagbox V7.01 already patched on my Toshiba Satellite Pro running xp sp3 with netframework 3,5 sp1. every time i try i get activation error 0. i have tried the same software on a friend machine running windows 10 which worked straight away but i need XP to run other programs i have.

Disable wifi, enable Lan without a cable connected, keep Bluetooth enabled. I disabled Bluetooth and got the same error, turn it back on and problem solved.
