Bosch KTS 520

Hi folks i need some help with this KTS 520 i ended up with this tool in a load of tools i bought it has a load of cables wires and all sorts but no DVD,s or CD,s with software on, could anyone tell me what i need to be looking for to make this interface work ?

softvare install. c diagnostic softvare

after controlpanel bosch icon
kts 520 firmvare update
open bosch diagnostic and can you diagnostic make

The KTS 520 ...

you can either use ESI Tronic software or you can turn it into a Porsche PIWIS tester

Thanks for reply pal whats this PIWIS tester you talk about ? Is it like dealer level diagnostic,s or only like EOBD ?

i have KTS 520 and software v27 on laptop t30 and when start it i get as if the softwware is out of date and to do offline update and then when i try to connect to a porsch car i get 2 more error 7050 and 7027 any body had this bad experience before any solution guys please

I have installed v 27 and v 22 booth work well.

ALL Piwis updates can be bought from PORSCH_E!! Cheap too!! Each of the updates has a Porsche part number associated with it. They end in the version number :27 , .30

I use this interface with Volvo Vida, Opel Global TIS for programming, Toyota Techstream and Bosch ESI, theres alot of J2534 software out there for this tool. Yet to load the Porsche software.
