Hi, today I tried to program new key to TOYOTA AIGO 2007
But car not starts on scan I have INCORECT KEY CODE.
Used 4D 67 chip
How to program key?
I readed 95040 from bosh ECU, and readed key with zed bull. does it possible manually enter key data to eeprom ? or make virgine ?

Hello,
Not 100% sure, but i believe data in your dump sent here is for IMMOBILIZER ECU - Engine ECU Synchro.
In other words, this car seems to have an IMMOBILIZER ECU which location may at the Radio location, glooves Box or above the brake pedal behind the dashboard.
This assume, look it at the area indicated open it and read dump from the memory device: 8 pins eeprom s93C66 SMD and post here;there are many able members in this forum that can help you.
Good luck

if you have one key you can program more keys using p planet i now beleive sbb can do it too
There is no key code for aygo/107/c1
if you have no keys for the car then you have to virgin the key module and then program new keys using p planet ( not sure if you can use sbb when all keys are lost )
key module is under dash cover behind speedo head
you have to remove the whole top of the dash to get to it and make sure you get the right box (there are two, it's the lower one) it's secured with shear bolts
hope this helps

so I uploaded new zip file in my first post with ecu, immo and new key data....
Please help to solve that problem...
But if I try to program with peugeot planet as P107 I think it will ask for pin like all peug and citroen have ???
I have T300, SBB and AUTOBOSS for programming key also peugeot planet

good you found the immo box
i've not done aygo but have done loads of 107/c1
you don't need a pin because it's toyota system
you need virgin file for immo
when you program with planet/lexia it asks if you have fitted new immo box
you can program only one key if you want
have a look on your sbb because my v32.2 says it does psa aygo/107/c1 but i haven't tried it yet as i always use planet etc
i have the virgin file for the immo box let me know if you want it
on the sbb go to toyota psa and try it. it gives aygo/107/c1/yaris

Thanks but not worked for me tried to adapt like p107, like c1 and with sbb like AYGO.
After programming with pp2000 I got :
best way is to enter key data to immo 24c04
tryed to syncro ecu to immo but nothing
key used 4d 67
Did you made virgin ????
just compare my and yours ...

darius think you are using wrong 4D transponder
the ones I use are 4D not 4D (67)
what did you get when using pp2000
i go into key learning it asks if you've fitted new immo and then program key
if you say no to fitted new immo you have to have original key
i'm not sure, because i haven't done aygo, but it is exactly the same as 107/c1
did you remove chip to virgin it ??

that's a different file to the one in your first post, the first file had a lot too much info in it
it was more like dump of ecu chip
i've checked this file with mine and this is the correct one
the virgin file i sent you is also correct file
you need to make sure that you have sucessfully virginised the 24c02 chip in the immo box and that
you have correct transponder type
did you remove chip in ecu, if so make sure you have installed it correctly ??

Hi, I found in autodata that Aigo and P106/ci has different pins in ecu for immo !!! thats why I couldnt program with pp2000....... But with SBB and t300 i couldnt too.
With original immo fuel pump working on ACC+ , with virgin not.
And one more thing: with removed immobox car starts for 1 second, but with immobox didnt starts

p106 will have different pins i'm sure that aygo is exactly the same system it says toyota on the ecu for the c1 and p107 in the uk
what numbers are on your immo box
i have two here one has 89780-0H011 (736771-A) the other is
89780-0H010 (73677112) one is from 107 the other from C1
when your car starts for 1 second it's immobilised
you have to get a key programmed to your immo box
i can't help with sbb because i haven't used mine yet but it does have the aygo in the menu along with c1 and 107
ask on dk if anyone has used sbb for programming aygo yet !!
