There seems to be a problem with c5 and peugeot 307 with some chinese clones, but solution i don't know. (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f155/reliable-lexia3-interface-vendor-145519/#post868229)

Someone wrote, that the cables could be the problem (faulty connections?) but i'm not sure.

Cable connections are ok.
Lexia works only with Engine ECU.

Hi meteor80

Try using PP2000 on C5 by Selecting 407 and see if it will connect, And when it ask you for Build Code put the same one which is on your C5.

Good Luck

Thanks.
I will try later, but someone told me that I need to reprogram my LEXIA because there is CAN module broken.
Is this right that with engine and ABS connection is via K-line?

Maybe this can help you: (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f152/pps2000-lexia-repair-154623/)

Or you can try to ask a chinese seller, if there is a solution for that problem. Some of them already know about the problem (Lexia-3 Citroen/Peugeot Diagnostic PP2000 V21 (China Trading Company) - Products (http://www.china-direct-buy.com/v/4/product_detail/7128319/Lexia-3_Citroen_Peugeot_Diagnostic_PP2000_V21.html))

Engine, abs and other seem to be on k-line: (Peugeot OBD II diagnostic connector pinout and wiring @ pinoutsguide.com (http://pinoutsguide.com/CarElectronics/peugeot_obd_ii_diag_pinout.shtml))

Maybe today the other ecus are on can bus and only engine and abs on k-line. How old are your tested cars? I don't know, if the schematics at pinoutguide are up to date.

Citroen Berlingo is 2004 and xsara picasso is 2003.
In the evening i try with C3 2002 and Peugeot 206 2003.
Maybe that will explain something.

I tried with 206 and C3.

As said earlier, there is a known problem with some of these clones! I bought one that worked a while then stopped. When I went back to the website of the company I bought it from it then said "NOT WORKING GOOD WITH 307 AFTER 2004" (It never said this when I bought it)
Anyway, it has gone back, they have received it, and I think they are now very busy on trying to diagnose the problem. It does look like they may be "on the case" and I will post again if this gets resolved happily!

That LEXIA interface You've got is not working with CAN protocol. That is common problem with Lexia from china, only thing You can do is to repair it. If You updated software and it is still not good, then Your problem is interface. As I know very good that CAN protocol is very big problem for some Lexia from China, You can start solving Your problem from there. Lexia is not expensive now, buy another one or try to repair it, You have manual here on DK...

Cheers m8...

Can you give me a link to the repair procedure that you say is here on DK???
After being very patient I started putting pressure on the people in China I bought my clone from. They said that mine had gone back to the factory but they still hadn't from the factory. SO, the rsolution is that they will send me another. SO, if that also stops working I would like to know how to go about doing a repair!
Many thanks!

I think it is necassary to know what Citroen C5 modell will not work with a Lexia-clone, because there are three C5 models:
C5 I up to 2004, C5 II up to 2008 and C5 III (X7)

I got my Clone last friday, version Lexia 345.13.
Installation on a Laptop with Windows XP with SP3, MS Internet Expolorer/Opera Browser. There are no problems.

Later I tested with my car a Citroen C5 II, 5/2005, no Problems, I can read the faults-journal, can find a faulty PDC-Sensor.

From another user I know about problems with the combination Lexia 347.19 and Citroen C8. Some control unit were not to be found with this software. A downgrade to Lexia 347.08 solve the problems.

Therefore I started with Lexia V 345.13 and then step for step update.

The Citroen C5 III (X7) is reputed to be not operating with clones, but I cannot confirm it because I don't know a driver of this car.
