Found this one for you guys and girls. Good with Elm or alike OBDII interface. I put password on archive otherwise patch file will be deleted by antivirus program. But it is safe.
You need to disable antivirus program while patching. After that you can delete the file.

I use a 25.00 ebay bluetooth elm327. It sux, probley just the cheap crap I got, but its more work then I need. I want a USB one.

I have confirmed the crack working on the new version. Even if not much diff. Might as well use the newest out.

I find its easier if you install the ScanXL. then copy the crack into the same folder where scanXl is installed too. (ex. c:\program files\scanxl......) then run it. I have it installed on windows 7 64 bit no problems.

Right click on crack file and Run as Admin( with old patch).
For current file from post above just copy and overwrite at install dir.

I think that can similarly use both.
Mine was Ver.1.5"a".
It is very very cheap.

Ok guys.....I have had this program working for a long time....
Ebay Bluetooth <~~~Doesnt work....
Ebay Elm 327 <~~~ Works Awesome....For Enhanced Diagnostic
Use the Elmscan 5 which has been Discontinued,....the update is Obdlink from Scantool.....Also a great Interface is ObdPros,com
Dont buy the Cheaper Units...they dont accept Firmware Updates...So Elmscan 5 & Elm 327 Clones...cannot be updated,.,you will be able to scan the codes but Enhanced Diags are 50/50.....
Also....Best Programs i Have found for these units are

Also one more thing (juancinco) told me about Using my Nexig (j2534) interface with ScanXlPro....it works....pretty good...

From my understanding scanxl (with enhanced module) mainly supports american ford. European ford is different. Sometime it should work if you choose the nearest american model to diagnose an european. But that is hit and miss.

There are not much tools for ford.
"Ford scanner" with software "formidable" supports only a few models.
The member mage wrote "dk ford" himself, working on kkl-cable (no can bus).
Focom seems to be powerful.
For ids you need some money.

Sorry, i got it wrong. I thought the enhanced ford functions are not working. If generic obdII isn`t working, have you tried other software (scanmaster elm or so) with your elm interface?

I have been playing with ScanXL Pro about my issues with Enhanced Add-ons and I found as xbobcz told me, that many other connection options are available if different models of a car type are selected. The problem is that I still can not connect to it using a enhanced parameter set, only can do it using Generic OBDII. All times the error is interface not available when I try to use Add-ons and it works quite good using generic OBDII.
This is ODD but what could be the problem?????

Just to reminder for you all...
ScanXL is for U.S car only. Enhance feature is only for GM,Ford and Mazda only.
For peop who have problem with crack( possibly antivirus blocking the crack )...Use the second link download.
Remember to read instruction (Read Me ) otherwise you will not be able to get Enhance Add-Ons.
Here is how to enable Enhance Addons....
1. Install ScanXL Professional
2. Copy and overwrite scanxlpro.exe to ScanXL Professional install dir.
3. As license information you can use anything( Name. aaa,Organization. bbb, Customer ID. ccc ....so on )

If you don't want to registered, then use generic obd2

While the crack seems to work, if you are using this software to tune a car and log data it doesn't work 100%. With the cracked version you get erratic or wrong data ever 5-8 frames on refresh. If you record or monitor a vehicle key on engine off you rpm will start at 0 then ping to 1500, 4000 and even up to 8000+ rpms along with all the other readings TPS, fuel trims, etc.

In the evaluation version from the palmer website the RPM will datalog rock solid

If you roll the date back on your computer to about the same date you have installed ScanXL, it will work correctly.

I use a program called runasdate, it's easy to find and works well with Scanxl.. It stops the erratic data issue, just use runas date and creat a shortcut with a date the next day after the install date of scanxl..

Thanks for the software but I do have one question. I don't know where to find/download the GM enhanced add-on? Could someone show me where it is? Or is the add-on built in to the pro version and getting a specific licence opens that feature up ? Please clarify.

On the 24th day after the installation scanxl professional 3.2 went to fluctuations of the parameters to complete.Prior to that almost all functioned normally, including the functions of rasshipennye Ford and Mazda, except sometimes there are small random fluctuations of individual parameters. And it does not happen every day, and the magnitude of the fluctuations was less than 1% of the parameres, which practically did not influence the final result.
Now, all spree almost on full-scale graphs. So long as there is no medication for normal scanxl professional!
dependence of the appearance of fluctuations from time to time ustsnovki program suggested the idea to experiment with the date. Put the date early in the day - works in two - is working, and so up to seven (straight from the wind). It works! That is, setting the date before the 24th day after the installation scanxl professional can work without the fluctuations of the parameters! But the work is inconvenient, the date saved logfiles and other stored materials have to edit. Think bright minds, like "turn off" the timer that fires on the 24th day? Or someone that works fine and after the 24th day?
Continued to experiment with the date. Set date forward, a strange pattern is obtained - in each month is a period of 20 days when the options do not jump. But no system is not visible.

It seems that the crackers have missed or cannot isolate a protection check
