Consider the fact the process of launching an emergency regeneration of soot filters on engines VAG group (1.4l/1.9l/2.0l R4 & 2.5l R5 PD / PPD-TDI).

Requires adapter VAG supporting CAN bus and the computer program VAG-COM.

Ignition on. The engine runs on the twentieth. Coolant temperature is not below 50 ? C
[Select]
[01 - Engine]
[Coding-II - 11]

Enter username to start the forced (emergency) regeneration particulate filter 21295.

[Do It!]
[Meas. Blocks - 08]
Select groups 070 and 075.
[Go!]
MVB 070.1: Status of regeneration (xxxxxxx1 = Normal Regeneration active, xxxxxx1x = Forced Regeneration active)
MVB 070.3: Regeneration Counter / Timer
MVB 075.1: temperature before the turbocharger
MVB 075.2: temperature before the particulate filter
MVB 075.3: Fill Factor particulate filter in%
MVB 075.4: The temperature after the particulate filter

Now you need to go and ride! The procedure takes about 15-20 minutes. At the same time control the fill factor, it should decrease.
[Done, Go Back]
[Close Controller, Go Back - 06]

Have you tried using VAS?
