Calc is based on Grundig database, but it is updated database, however still covers only pre 2000 models

I'm only aware of two companies that can answer Philips and possibly Grundig serial codes - post 2000+ These companies are online and charge for the codes....

Has anyone got any ideas where those databases would be purchased from.... Is it direct from the radio manufacturer or the dealership?

Imagine this information is secret, maybe those online companies have a contract with the radio manufacturer, and don't physically hold the database themselves :confused:

If you look at the image its the code for a Gm radio. Production date is may 1994 its the old database.
