does it have Phoenix Bios?
if you don't see Phoenix written you can try and type 3 wrong passwords to see if you get a System Disabled message with a number bellow eg: http://notebookschematic.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/SystemDisabled.png

reply with that number if you see it.

I don't know how to solve your supervisor password so you need to find out how to do that (try making a new thread in the PC section explaining what you've done and whats happening)

The first password worked. I was able to get into BIOS and clear the Supervisor password. The computer now loads BIOS and attempts to boot from the HDD. Unfortunately, the HDD is password protected as well. I could not clear the HDD password in BIOS without knowing it.
