DD15 DPF Ash Clean code

Hi, I'm working on a dd15 the dpf ash clean code came on, i sent the filter to get cleaned, the truck has 320xxx miles. I tried to reset the dpf ash accumulator but it get me an error (can remember exactly what the error was, but it said something like the cpc exceded the milage....... sorry) I typed in the dpf serial number like it asked me. I have d d dl 7.06 read and write level at 15. Can someone please help me. Thanks.

ur typing in the original number that u sent to get cleaned is what the problem is. ecm is looking for different serial number from my experience.

Thats the same error I get, the dealer told me it can only be done using ddrs. Ill try it and ill let you know what I find.

I tried to do this using DDRS 7.07 but need DDRS 7.03 harware level 4 help my

the problem is in the driver install Nexiq Parallel Driver 2.0 and Nexiq USB Link Drivers 8.1.1.0 from the package DDDL 7.07

I'm working in a truck trying to do a Parked Regeneration, but truck runs indefinitely the routine, after a few minutes shows fault code Doser Fuel Supply Pressure Abnormal 3480/1.

The Fuel Doser Injector Valve has been replaced and the fuel compensation pressure sensor at the Doser block assembly but still same situation. I'm suspecting that the Doser block assembly needs to be replaced but I can't find information on how to test it or know if it really is foulty.
Anyone has experience how to fix this error code (SPN 3480/FMI 1)?
I already try it the Doser Fuel Line Purge Service Routine, checked fuel leaks and exhaust leaks.

A good "shop talk" advice is very welcome (please).

I'm having the same issue. What did you do?

Is it a wrong serial number, wrong Nexiq driver, incorrect read/write access/levels, or maybe just a bad or password protected cpc?

I apologized for the late reply, I haven't worked on a DD engine since I last time I posted. But I think it has to do with the cpc passwords.

i had the same issue several times now and each time it has had the same solution
when i see this error first thing i do is remove dpf filter for testing most likely the dpf filter has accumulated large amounts of ash and needs cleaning
once cleaned install and performe parked regeneration
if problem persist replace all sensor on dpf filter and harness
i never needed to replac the inj dozer
