Please check VPPR and VPP voltage.
Must have 9.13 on both of them when you click read
.Try to use serial port fisrt , then USB.
If you have a Oscilloscope , check if Clock wave is present.

Well its always better to buy original but original is expensive

Have you tried removing all usb devices then try it - but if you can use serial and external power do so.

We have a USB potato peeler - bit iffy when we update the firmware if it's going to work or nil poi.

The serial chip pan we have, NEVER had a problem with firmware on it, unplugged it whilst it's updating, back on serial, no problem.

Just breathe on the USB potato peeler, have to send it back to Poland for reflash
