Getting a ready file from here, or from somewhere else, have nothing with the learning.


There are 2 options for your (and not only your) visits here:
1. You take files for your own cars - one Crafter and one Sprinter.
2. You take files for your own business - Remaping Crafters and Sprinters, DPF, EGR, bla bla...


If you wanted to learnt, your post should be named "How to...", but not "Help me, i need..."

I think it is ok, but in my case I never asked other file modding or disabling DTC.

I've tryed to mod my file. I'vre tryed to disable DTC by myself, I've tryed to download WinOLS 2.24 but if I'm not sure I can't try becouse I've my car since 2002 and 400.000 km becouse I can't chage with new one.

So If someone could help me I'll thanks ( I read the first post of this topic where is written helping for 1 file. I was member since 2010 I'm not member from 1 day )

Hi guys,

i bought a new truck for pulling some trailers. Problem is that this thing is slow as hell with its 84 horse power and it consumes a lot of diesel (approximately 11 Liters on 100 km).

Is there anybody here who could help me to delete the EGR and perform a light tuning to it?
im thinking of about 20hp extra, which should lead us to ~100 to 105 horse power.
Top Speed isnt important to me at all, i just would like to have some extra torque.

also i would like someone having everything done to it, which helps to reduce the diesel consumption on this truck! ECOTUNING, you know :peaceful:

as im working with this truck every day and i cant afford getting it repaired in case of a blown turbo for example, please only help, if you have a tested and SAFE solution.

I'm Feketebarany from Hungary. I would like to ask for help from chip tuning. 61 horsepower 0261205006 1037371568 MEG1.1 ECU. Older (1.7.2) Winolos, damos torrent files, which do not necessarily mean 100%, but continuous high-pressure turbo errors and service modes after 110km / h only.
(Refurbished engine, slightly modified cylinder head, high exhaust, thick TIK, increased fuel pressure, new wastegate, no mechanical problem)

Your file is empty inside.. you read Maybe 1% of flash...
i never use Mpps so i cant help you with this..

I deleted the FAP from this 159 by using bit switch off procedure, but maybe I did something wrong because the machine smokes a lot and does not work well.
Although the FAP has been materially eliminated, it seems that it continues to regenerate.

Which turbo ? On ori 2 bars means blow in short time.

its an original turbo yes. But a friend of mine has 1.9 bar in his original turbo Alfa GT 1.9jtd. Thats why I think it could be possible.
How much would you suggest?

I suggest not to go over 1.6 bar. Of course - it could do 2.0 bar, but question is how long. 2.0 bar means much more than 200ps/400nm, You have upgraded injection system and DMF ?

No injection and DMF is orig. just EGR Off, K&N air filter and Highflow ESD.
In the future I will add water methanol injection.

No problem at all. If You could increase boost about 0.1 bar, the increase of power should be more noticeable :) The length of turbo actuator should be changed to achieve increase or maybe MBC will be good solution

So... you tried.... but it made no sense. I'm still looking for someone who can do it well.No one would like to upload such a modification into their car. Boost +6%, lambda -4% and the best part: Torque limiter at 1000-1500rpm +63%. It is good that the duration map will not allow to give more fuel than 75 mg per stroke... and what about torque monitoring with such far-reaching changes at torque limiters? So many maps have not been modified.
Anyway, thank you for trying.... with the help of swiftec out of subscription maybe.
Is there anyone who knows how to edit maps in the EDC17 ???

the map was maded only for have info about what maps you need to touch...not for use...so,use that for your next try...i think that nobody will offer to you a free remap for this car...anyway...good luck
