Shop Manual CAT 3306

please help me with shop manual for caterpillar 3306, diesel engine. have trouble with the main bearing. I need torque and else. thank you for any help

[MITROSCAT]

1.CYLINDER HEAD: PUT No 1 PISTON AT THE TOP CENTER
(TC) ON THE COMPRESSION STROKE.
MAKE AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE VALVE
CLEARANCE ON THE INTAKE VALVES
FOR CYLINDERS 1,2,4. MAKE AN
ADJUSTMENT TO THE VALVE
CLEARANCE ON THE EXHAUST VALVES
1,3,5.
TURN THE FLYWHEEL 360 IN THE DIRECTION OF THE ENGINE ROTATION.THIS WILL PUT THE No 6 PISTON AT THE TOP CENTER (TC) ON THE COMPRESSION STROKE.
MAKE AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE VALVE
CLEARANCE ON THE INTAKE VALVES
FOR CYLINDERS 3,5,6. MAKE AN
ADJUSTMENT TO THE VALVE
CLEARANCE ON THE EXHAUST VALVES
2,4,6.
AFTER VALVE ADJUSTMENT IS CORRECT,TIGHTEN THE NUTS FOR THE VALVE ADJUSTMENT SCREWS T0 28+4 NM,(28-4 NM) OR 22+3 LB FT (22-3 LB FT).

VALVE CLEARANCE SETTINGS :EXHAUST 0.64mm (.025 in)
INTAKE 0.38mm (0.15 in).


PISTON AND THE CONNECTING ROD BEARINGS:
WHEN INSTALLING THE CAPS OF THE
CONNECTING RODS BE SURE THE NUMBER
MARKED ON SIDE OF THE CAP IS NEXT TO
AND THE SAME AS THE NUMBER MARKED
ON THE SIDE OF ROD.
PUT THE CAPS ON CONNECTING RODS,AND INSTALL THE NUTS.TIGHTEN BOTH NUTS TO 30 + 3 lb ft OR (30-3 lb ft).
PUT A MARK ON EACH NUT AND ON END OF EACH BOLT.
TURN THE NUTS AN ADDITIONAL 90 DEGREES FROM MARKS.

CRANKSHAFT MAIN BEARINGS:
PUT THE CAPS IN POSITION ON ENGINE
NUMBER ON PAN FACE ON THE LEFT SIDE
OF THE CYLINDER BLOCK.INSTALL BOLTS
AND WASHERS.TURN BOTH BOLTS TO A
TORQUE OF 30 + 3 lb ft OR (30-3 lb ft).
PUT A MARK ON BOTH HEADS AND
BEARING CAPS,THEN TURN BOTH BOLTS 90
DEGREES MORE.

P.S THE 1 CYLINDER IS THE FRONT TO THE TIMING GEAR COVER. THESE TORQUES ARE FOR STANDARD CRANKSHAFT.

The prefix SN 1pdd00202 and 7E 0157 incorrect , I can provide only for 3516 YAS00147 .

Please recheck the SN. it should be 1PD00202,this is valid for 3616.
7E0157 is not a SN,looks more like a part#.

The operation of the Hydraulic Electronic Unit Injector (HEUI) fuel system is completely different from any other type of fuel system that is actuated mechanically. The HEUI fuel system is completely free of adjustment. Adjustments to the components that are mechanical can not be made. Changes in performance are made by installing different software in Engine Control Module (ECM).
