Do you mean you want to load a file to this thread; you click on go advance on the message reply, then you click on manage attachments at the bottom, then select the file and upload it..

Your cards not working or the softcam keys? if its card then i think you need to read up on how to pair cards up with the box, not sure if its same set up as slyuk but with one of these you need to change original box key to hex then imput manually into the box.. Maybe search forum or do a bit of googling.

I could never get constant cw to work with modern openbox firmware,that's why I was axing.
It would only work with firmware prior to april 2011
The provider I play with hasn't changed keys in years and probably just encrypts to keep true fta receivers in the dark.

june 5, 2011 firmware was the first to have lan support,but they screwed up biss (at least for me) and you get the moving dish nag even when the dish is correctly aimed.
You would have to ask the coders what they did.

Constant.cw keys worked fine for me last time i installed them, my f/w is 14/09/11... i have not used constant.cw since december when i took out a multisat **b.. Constant.cw keys do not work for long; so as soon as they are released need to be put on ya box and enjoyed. these on here are now old so i presume they no longer work(in fact i tried the yesterday and can confirm they are outdated), As i already stated i don't need them anymore but i thought i would post them to see if other folk get any joy out of them. I Will check them in future just so folk dont complain.

Softcam.keys work perfect but there isnt much they open, C+nl zee tv, orf and a few more, keys get updated so i put them on here to share.
In the 1st post on here is a tutorial on how to install the Softcam.key into the openbox with pictures, they were took the same day as i put them on here and show sofcam connected.
These keys helped me out when i was setting up multisat as there was no point getting mutisat if i couldn't use it. lol

no you only need load the file in the openbox with a pendrive (usb).
at the moment the softcam only works with ird* and crytoworks.

been through all my channels on 19.2 this morning and i opened 42 channels with these keys. (I only have 600 channels stored on this sat so if there are more, then maybe more that can open)
I didn't get no joy with zee tv on 13e

I have enclosed a txt file with the channels that cleared this morning, with the download. (Ignore the channel number i put on there as your may not be on the same channel number)

Yes I am. That's why I get channels with ND (and dollar sign when pressing ok ). But then only ND channels. I am using satellite with 2 lnbs. Can that be a problem ?

you wont get anything on that sat with these keys mate, 4.8e, 9e 13e, 16e, 19.2e, 39e and 156e.. personally i have only used the 19.2e.

Can I simply insert the key file as shown without any prior editing/changing of the default Openbox software? The S11 I have has got C2HS2-11-10-10:0579CMT as the software. Is there a patch that I need or some kind of better alternative software?

I have not connected the Openbox to any network, I hope this is not required. Thanks

You dont need to be connected to network for softcam to work

Hi mate, only the ones that start wit I or W (id*to & cry**) will work in the openbox,, all the others are no good so thats probs why only 30 odd have loaded

you can find the keys all over the place, but it will only load the ones that begin with I or W

I did write a channel list on here somewhere for the channels which opened on 19.2 but the channels have slowly dwindled lol.
it's a chance you take if you want owt for nowt.

Don't want anyone to think i'm just wasting their time posting dead keys on here so i won't be posting any more as i don't have the time to check all the keys myself.
I got the keys elsewhere and out of my software which auto updates everyday. Take the ones out that supposedly work on the openbox then place them on here..

If anyone wants any more keys check the tm softcams on the main sat page in this forum which are regularly updated or try google.

Hey darcu5 post your keys and when somewhone find in your file some keys who don't work he can post it also. This make you don't need too test your posted keys others will do it for you. Sorry if I injured you when I have put the posts for cnl+ but this month I found no site which have keys for it.

Not wounded mate lol just didn't want to waste peoples time if they don't work, i kept getting the latest keys from various sites on the day they were posted but none worked. i even switched the softcam on in my self-build which updates daily and they didn't work. I'll have another look about and see what if i can find any already checked.

Apologies in advance as I'm new to all this, so sorry if I'm missing something obvious.

I tried to load this onto a Skybox F3 via USB, as described in the 'how to' guide (ie key file titled 'softcam.key'), but it said file not found (or something along those lines). Should this file work on the F3? I also tried to input a couple of lines manually (set out like they are in the screenshots in the guide ie the full line apart from the channel provider) but they didn't seem to open anything as far as I could make out.

Also, in general, are the softcam keys the same for all boxes eg could a technomate or whatever key be used for a F3- even if it meant inputting manually rather than uploading (or trying to upload!) the softcam.key?

Thanks. Tried that and still no luck, still saying it can't find file. USB is formatted to FAT32, but has other stuff on it- could that be the problem (the F3 doesn't seem to allow you to specify the file on the usb that you want to upload)?

Tried inputting a few more manually (the al jazeera ones and a couple of ORF ones), but nothing...

try a different way of putting the file in your box,i use stb lan mm, google it or maybe its in the stickys(in red ) nice little programme,local files on the left and openbox + skybox files on the right,unzip the softcam(always use the latest)and drag and drop it in the left columne press the file you want in your box (softcam) and the arrow turns green,and it should load into boxfile job done,reboot your box and it should be in, good luck.

Your welcome mate, but these keys will be very out of date since the last updated keys where in October.
You can find more softcam keys on this site and all over the web, download some up to date keys and follow the guide on 1st post.

Openbox will only read keys that begin with I... or W... But just load the new ones you find onto the box; either by usb or ftp and the box will load only the ones that are compatible.

no you don't add anything to cccam.cfg to make the key work.

you can download the files on various sites by typing a search in google for softcam.keys, just check the dates.. the thing with the openbox/skybox is that there is not a right lot opens anymore when using the keys, stuff on 19e like orf 1 2 & 3 also in hd, and a few others.. the only key that work start with cw or i
