MERCEDES W211 SBC C2498 RESET

Hi guys i have a w211 270cdi and want to remove this fault C2498 from sbc unit .
I have das developer and i tried to reset the times press the brake pedal.
I see the first times press is about 500.000 and after reset with this instruction * is 1024 times press, i drive about 20 min the car, but the fault the still exist and i can't erase the fault.
Please does anyone know how I can erase the fault?

then click F3

Lebensdauerzahler F neu berechenen und schreiben (DJ_BuildAndWriteF)
Parameter uINBR = 0
then click F3

Log out of SBC !!

They did have a 100k warranty extension on SBC for this fault in the US. Maybe you already know this and this is why you highlited it, but maybe not. There are SBC tools for this.

AVDI fixes this problem , you can with it read the eeprom by obd2 and then rest the module. Post your dump as told

How about "EEPROM" or "EEPROM Upper Page" function in developer mode?

You will get different dump if you read by Star Diag, or you read by manually. I don't know how can you convert the dumps, maybe somebody know it?!

By DAS developer you can't write SBC, only read. But the file what you will get, is different what you read physically from the eeprom. The question is, what is the connection between this two files.

Is there any solution for SBC - C2498. After
reading the line Bremsenzahler (DJ_GetBr Live Time) there is value 0.
I run the car well over 10 minutes as described in the manual, but
the error code is still present and can not be deleted.
Can you please advise a solution?
Mercedes Benz at the SBC does not want us to recognize a guarantee.

Use a sharp flat screwdriver, but be careful!

I have AK500 and never have success repairing SBC.
Das developer it's a good solution if your unit part number don't start with A 005.

C2498 is service threshold reached. You can solve problem with Das if you unit part number it's not A 005 xxx....

Is it really possible to reset C2498 in dev mode? I even have T-box, to program directly pcb of SBC (used to get rid of C249F before I read that it is possible in DAS dev too :S), but as far as I know C2498 is a no go. If there is a way for getting rid of 2498, please share with me too, as I am very interested :D

I used avdi trying to reset c2498 from a 2002 w211 SBC unit and it doesn't work, so if you have anymore solution please keep me post it.
Das common procedure dosent work also, tryed many times, c2498 still remains although the usage and time counters become 0. The problem is that this module has a pompe cycles counter wich I cannot reset, and it remains at 123%, das or AVDI same shit

I did a reset on a MY2004 SBC.
During the test drive I got the red error message and the brake servo gone at 100km/h. Pump motor failed.
Everyone think about what could happen on the highway without servo brakes.

I think it's unfortunately impossible :(
but let's refute me by a good solution! :)

Wish I could come up with a solution myself but I don't dare to experiment on a car in dev mode...you can seriously **** up an SBC with enabling random things. If I'd have a dead SBC that nobody needs and has this fault code in it and can still communicate with star I could experiment. But maybe it's better this way...messing around with SBC-s is dangerous.

As far as I know C2498 is a fault code for the hydraulic motor revolution counter getting full, it's not a mechanical failure

DJ_SetPmpCycle Put 0 then F3
DJ_SetpmpCycleInit Put 0 then F3

out for SBC unit , Ign Off, Ign On then start Motor will off C2498 Error
