Possible to do for this ECU immo off? I need to change ecu, maybe enough to transfer eeprom 95320 from old to new?

Immo off only with emulator on this ECU.
You can just make virgin.

If your key is OK just make virgin ECU, connect it on car and turn ignition without star 30 seconds and cut 30 seconds.
The car start. if Not Turn on again 30 seconds and cut 30 seconds

You can change the dump of MPC with BDM connection
For IMMO unsolder the eeprom and post your dump i make virgin for you

Try this file eeprom from first post maked Virgin. Why you lost eeprom? It is easy to read 95160 in EDC16

ECU will code itself atomatic, you will only need to write injector codes, and if needed to change configurations with clip...

I think car must start whitout injector codes in limp mode, try to enter it and see what will happend, also look at actual values imobiliser state, must be inactive to start the car...
