I always use Bu931 or 941 ZP.
Did you replace the coil also?
Sometimes the driver of the transistors is also damaged.
The Bosch number is 30014

Thanks for your quick reply. when i put the 941zp the coil start to heat... and the signal cable go to GND

First test the ecu/coils without the damaged transistor. (So 5 transistors in place)
Then measure the base pad on the PCB ,carfully!, if there is more than 2v the driver is damaged.
If the output is still going to ground there could be a shorted chip capacitor.
I have seen ECU's where some disigner put small chip capacitors at the connector side on the ignition outputs.

Which diagram you use to connect on the bench?
6+28 are ground. 26,54,56 are 12v.
Pin 87 L-line Pin88 K-line
Then at pin 59 there must be 5v.
If not check at the voltage regulator small chip next to the ignition drivers on the heatsink.
You must have 2 pins at 12v and 2 at 5v. One is the 5v power, the other 5v the reset line to the processor and the injector drivers.
