I ALL READY INSTALL CUMMINS 7.5.2, AND INSTALL THE LICENSE BASIC AND PRO PLUS, BUT ONLY WORKS BASIC LICENSE. WHEN TRY TO ERASE CODES, A LEGEND APEARS:
"BASIC LICENSE DOES NOT CAN ERASE CODES.
SOMEBODY CAN HELP ME? WATH CAN I DO TO FIX WITH A PRO PLUS LICENSE? THANKS IN ADVANCE

doit64,
1. Open insite.
2. Navigate to Tool on top of header.
3. A window will pop-up select options.
4. Once in options select Security.
5. Once in security window, go to tool level and highlight (click-on) Pro Plus then click Apply.
6. Look just above Tool Level in the Current functionality Level window, If it says Pro Plus there? Your Done. Insite will now function in Pro Plus level.

Don't forget to hit the thanks button, Right there on the right-------------------------------------------------->

biser try and go back to the insite page and redownload acts like there is a corrupted file which means something may have not downladed right.

biser when your downloading the 7.6 make sure your doing the file for windows xp and not windows 7. also try running with admin rights.

For everyone's information, v7.6 + Nexiq USB Link has issues on some trucks. Not all trucks will communicate. I've talked to Cummins & Nexiq, and they both verified the problem. Nexiq to fix in their next release.

The CUMMINS INSITE presenting me this strange behavior with the type of license.
When not connected to a motor says have permission Pro plus and when connected to the engine switches to Pro
They think that this happening and if anyone happened, as I fix.

I got caught in the blinking XP vs Window 7 fiasco. I installed Window 7, back dated my computer to my original Insite 7.4 install date, used my old keys. Everything worked fine for one day. Now I have a message Insite has detected a bad PC date and I will need new keys.
I corrected the PC date, used my old keys and it still won't work. The message says I need new keys - to contact the dealer.
I am lost. Can anyone help. PC ID D595618B
I appreciate any help I can get. Thanks in advance.

New guy around here. Thanks for having me. I posted in another thread about the issues I'm having, but that was before I found this thread.

I have the date lock problem that everyone else is having. All of the old links I found in this thread aren't working anymore. If anyone has a real solution, one that works without bugging you guys for an unlock code, I'd certainly be all ears. In the meantime, an unlock password would be greatly appreciated!
