Renault Clip v120 instalation problem

I install renault Can Clip Program v.120, replace original RSRWin.exe whit pach. When I try open patch RSRWin.exe to register I get this mesage SPX Clip Registration Client Error.
Please Help

Uninstall then re-install, don't replace rsrwin.exe.... proceed to activate and post your serial (or screenshot of registration page)

hello i have download here the update 124 and instald it. but at regestration i get code wrong. i have also no clip serial nr in the registration and its also not posible to put one in it. what can i do. or dos some one had the same problem. thx a lot al ready.
