Hi

I try to read flash samsung K9F1G08U0C with beeprog but when i start reading it show invalid block and after it start reading . when it finish i check data area and all is 0000 and FFFF .
i want to know if i need special setting for this nand flash .

The code consists of four digits by instruction manual

The super code in this radio can be up to 6 digits.


Normal table code is up to 4 digits.


In any of the tables, the code 65535 is invalid.

device asks for 4 digit code, chip 1 and 3 code needed!!

Try'd codes : 0000, 1234, 0123,1111,...also master codes


658963, 172005,000000, 835665, 123456,012345, and they are not gode ! In mega file is read from K9F1G08U0C
