I can never get WAD Manager 1.5 or 1.7 to work. Have you tried MMM (http://mmm4wii.posterous.com/mmm-multi-mod-manager-v134) that always works for me?

after wad manager 1.7 failed to install the wad i assumed it didnt work, but after starting the game in neogamma and opening the store feature i found the songs were "available" to download.
i dont know why wad manager isnt working for you,my system version is 3.3 maybe its to do with that, just a guess

I've got the USA version. I see the store just fine, I just haven't clicked on purchase just yet. I didn't use any extra anything to see it either. It just works.

I've just tried storing downloaded song on Just Dance 4. It will save them to the Wii memory or an SD card but it asks for 300 Wii points to do each one.

Let me know if you figure it out. If not you will have to install the wad manually into your nand which will require you to use an emu nand within gx or neek2o. The wad has been pulled from a real nand same as what I had to do for folks to get cod online working within neek2o. I would try installing it into either 236 or 249 especially if the game loads from 249.

JD4_PAL.wad (http://www.mediafire.com/?c2ibeehe2erzlkd)
try this 1,if it doesnt install open the game and check the prices in the store feature, also would the wii shopping channel need to be up to date?
Instructions:
1.Install the .wad with any version of wad manager (1.5 or 1.7).
Get it here:
http://www.wiiso.com/wad-managers-1-t42952.html
2.At installation, make sure you get the error -1022 or error -1017.
3.Enter your Just dance 4 game.
4.Go to the song store.
Thats it.All songs should be marked as purchased .

you may need to update your shopping channel (DO NOT UPDATE THE WII SYSTEM).
this is what i did i got the shop channel wad from here Update Wii Shop Channel to v21 (http://www.wiihacks.com/other-faq-guides-tutorials/96891-update-wii-shop-channel-v21.html)
click "offline installation" and downloaded wad file.
and installed using wad manager.
all the best mate

you may need to update your shopping channel (DO NOT UPDATE THE WII SYSTEM).
I said yesterday in http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f16/usb-loader-gx-requires-least-cios-222-245-250-a-309859/ when kistmet64 said he had to update the Shopping channel.
I've had NUS Downloader (http://wiibrew.org/wiki/NUS_Downloader) for a long time I've just seen you can use it to download RVL-Shopping-21.wad.
I installed it with MMM. I ran the Shopping channel and I added the YouTube channel 0 points just to try it out. I didn't like it so I erased it and saved 117 blocks.
This must a recent update for the Shopping channel as I used it a couple of weeks ago and it didn't say I needed to update it in the Wii system update.
