i don't really like them, but there is no problem with the updates.

there is no such things as update online, u have to download individual file and install into the sd card, just tested and worked fine



I am afraid to say gwee even now as I am trying to log into the obdstar site, I am getting the message wrong password, when I ask for new password they have not replied to my emails for few days.
I bought this tool in order to download files and if after 6 months they are not going to answer emails and help customers then they should stop saying that there will not be any more files to down load, gwee you should remind them to tell the truth.:mad-new:

When ever you need to give advice always give the right advice, people are not daft! When customer forgot password they only need to give email address and S/N of the tool to get new password, I just don?t want another customer getting in my position, this tool doesn?t cost much to worry about I want to know the solution, tell me why they do not answer emails, may be they do not speak English??.YES

If I was as you, remember this tool were 12 months guarantee and the seller will have to answer lots of question.
gwee you may disagree with me but rumours that they have stopped making X-100+ and now they have brought new tool x100pro the updated version, in order for old customer not to update they cancelled S/N in the database for all the customers who bought X-100+ how else when tool is guaranteed to last 12 months and kept connected with the website suddenly they turn around and say we do not know you!!!

I've had that problem before years ago.. Try another browser or clean the history, cookies etc on the one you are using I logged in fine.

This is now the normal, a lot of the times they have shipped the items out of China to HK by the back door, once it's in HK it gets on a a DHL plane and gets transported to you.

Autokey is legit but unfortunately of late their quality is going down.
You order one product that you know is quality and they substitute it for a poor quality product and tell you it's the same thing.
This has happened on my last couple of orders and I'm now looking for a new main supplier.

Im with you on that one fallen, autokey have dropped the ball a bit lately, My last 2 orders were both shipped to the U.S.....problem is I'm in Australia!

She did try to explain that all chinese suppliers use a middle man type shipping company that basically arranges the shipping with DHL for them, the call them shipping agents.....doesnt work to well, auto key messed it up & sharing key also sent me someone else's package & got mine wrong too.

I think if one of these companies could just employ a western quality control manager or something like that, they would make a fortune. Just someone that we can communicate efficiently with that actually understands that quality & care or just as important as price....

and when they tell me not to worry.................it just makes me worry more!

I do not deal with the company such as alibaba and aliexpress who do not support the customers, from my experience when some thing goes wrong they suppose to hold the money till the matter is in the customer favourer, if we all keep away from buying from those companies they will learn how to behave in future, since then I have been buying fro DHGate with no issue even when things go wrong.

Tried a few suppliers over the years, but will stick with Onlyda.
Most stuff is good quality, with the occasional not so good quality, but as I only order small quantities not really an issue as they can be used for practicing on.
Have only dealt with Sophi Yu, who has been very helpful.
Any shortages are highlighted quickly (not the usual "we sent next time" from other suppliers) with an alternative option, or recently advised that they could get some items if I waited for a few days.
As I wasn't in a rush for them I waited.
Never have to ask for a tracking number, always emailed when picked up by DHL.

All i can say i use ali express and is a joke you can wait a month any problems forget it got key programmer 6 months ago arrived language in Spanish after stating English language now i would not place any orders more than 200 pounds in aliexpress or any suppliers china problems with keys and kit they do not want to know one seller is just bad as the other they operate from a room 3 times placed order for goods aliexpress cancel my order they said made mistake in price better order in ebay at least paypal will cover you worst people to deal with the havent a clue at what they sell all they want is good feedback after bad experience i have used many of them some shops have 3 or 5 different websites so the moral check and recheck before sending your money to china Hong Kong as you will be burned if not now in the future.

Thats the problem with buying from China.......If you have to return the item/items......your screwed even if you use signed for delivery/shipping

they know how paypal work..........so they just leave it & forget about it till the paypal dispute runs out of time.
Then paypal let them keep your payment...

The best way is to use your credit card via paypal....If this happens ....then contact your card company & tell them its an unauthorized payment then you get the cash back 100% + you have 4 months to do this see link below

Someone have good source of Renault Laguna 2 key cards? The couple of them from china were crap. Out of 3, one was decent but the 2nd wasn't working properly just after programming. Needed to push lock/unlock couple of times to get it work and the 3rd stopped running car after 1-2 months because of bad soldering of the coil. Don't buy from this company called DHgate, they are same like Aliexpress and Alibaba company, they are liars and do not care if your item works or not.
That company do not investigate and they will not help once the money in the pocket.

I see mostly bad reviews, but not a list of good reliable sellers. Tried looking around for one but very spread out or not a consistent name.

I now have 5 different peaces of scrap i bought from them.
Some where DOA but most died within a year.

UOBD2 is to my opinion the largest reseller export company. If you buy from somewhere else you will probably buy something that was distributed by them through a third or forth reseller. Most of the specialized tool stores like some of Xhorse websites are their too.

And since they are a seller, they don't make the tools so if it broke it's not their fault but they will help you fix it. Just send to them.

Edit: Received VVDI2 full, prog, and eis ies bench test cables. Only thing that was bad was seller said it came with Toy H authorization but it did not. I was talking to credit card company this morning and they have confirm to me that we will always refund the money if any thing goes wrong bought only via credit cards as a good gesture the only issue is the time you have to spent sorting the issue that’s why I always insist the company should be able to tell the sellers that any one delays shipping or ignoring the orders should be banned from selling on aliexpress after all the company is making the profit of millions of dollars every hour they should be very strict.

Yeah they all say ship from UK. I thought this was a better one since had trouble with UOBD2.

Sometimes the products are crap and that's what causes trouble. 5 days to be fair isn't long. Expect 1-2 weeks

The problem I have with Chinese suppliers is that you can only buy if you know a supplier makes real quality. On aliexpress for instance lot's of keys offered with many reviews like 'nice key', 'looks good' , 'fast delivery' ... but the only info that matters is 'programmed good and remote works fine' kind of info. Even then, if you buy one you can run into things like in enclosed picture. Lot of Chinese companies make OK stuff for really low cost, but at times you find flaws and that may put you into problems with your customer. What you want is certainty that if you program a key it will work and keeps working. The one on the photo came in last week, transponder reads ok, checked remote, no signal, took apart, connection between board and battery not even soldered on. If this would have worked, customer would have called in a month or so.. 'remote stops working'...
