Chevrolet (Daewoo) KALOS - big trouble after T300...

Hi,

I'm in big trouble... my wife lost her key and I think, take the T300 and program the second key...
Remains one key, I tried to program a second one - as it described in T300's manual.
But... lost communication many times, can't program the keys.
Then I removed the immobox, read the 93c56... and the two keys in the dump...
Now the car won't started none of the key... :(

Please help me... with good dump, repaired my file...
EFFI and T300 can't solve my problem.

Strange won't start now - if no help here call your local auto locksmith/advanced garage, with better equipment to see if they can help.

You could also try disconnecting the battery esp. with Daewoo

KTS not give me any error codes :(

Someone have a good dump to compare ?

Do you have SBB to try with? Is far better for Daewoo than T300.
Try to leave the battery disconnected for 5 min. also.
And check the wiring between to ignition antenna and immobox too.

This way you can manually enter the ID of the new chip in the desired position.

The dump (above) contains both keys...
Did you mean swap bytes ?

I tried with SBB, same result :(
Now, I have one error code in engine ecu: P 1629 (no start signal)
What does it mean ? Can I repair the dump manually ?
Before program new key with T300, the car works fine.

this is old prblem more than 6 years ago with original ad100 and reported to him,few times he try to fix the error but always same,when chinese clone AD or t300 also clone this terrible error...:-( in the time of cloneing AD100 he stop all about it and develop AD Pro...and error stay on last version

what happen between ecu and immo is long story...depend on engine try to make immo off if it is inside TMS if not only to clone immo-ecu and manual match the key

two blank 48 transponders id,
in swap form pairs,
as are original dump
next step to start
to test if it boots

Not sure if this helps you m8, I had same problem with 2010 model, i used sbb,ad100 pro, and i keys, they wouldn't program the 48 magic II in, I then used a second hand 48 magic I, using ikeys, and managed to program the key in!.so try a magic I.

Exciting ! Original chip is magic II.
Verica sent me another process, I will try at morning both.
Nobody have dump to compare ?

The one i had was magic I, i tried magic II, the key programer said sucssesfull, the car cranked, none of the key worked, i switched to magic I, Both keys started the car, hope that helps.
Ps. the original key was magic I.

Worse comes to worse there must be alot of these down the scrap yard ... swap out the ecu's

me personal for matiz, kalos,aveo ,spark i use only sbb i think it s the best tool never i have problem if u have good transponder and the procedure it s so easy not like t300

Aveo 2011 - i'm add key fith effi, but nev key not work. Old work OK, motor turn ON. How learn ECU nev key, MVP (price +/-200$) work?

I have too many problems on these cars trying to do through OBD that now I just eeprom for lost keys and clone if just a spare is needed, its easy enough with ZF. But here's my notes from last few I did:

If ZF fails, plug in MVP and see if ECU and ICU are matching numbers (they can become misaligned after a jump start etc. or a failed programming procedure). If not matching you can RESET the ECU and as part of the RESET procedure you must program a key.
Be careful at the end of the procedure, wait a couple of seconds until programmer tells you to cycle key 3 times in ignition to lock in transponder, cycle slowly (5 sec on, 5 sec off) If you don't it still takes a token.

i dont have ZF i did try mvp sbb and t300 skp900 avdi all failed
with eeprom same thing
