This archive contains what looks like Atmega64 5.4.8 firmware (or 5.48) and what looks like 5.50 software. And info.txt says you need to flash it, install a patch and then the software. So looks quite legit but I didn't have time to test it yet.

I tried updating it on my Windows XP 32bit and it looks like it works for now. All authorizations on 5.50.
I followed the instructions (and note, it doesen't work with newer Adobe Reader software, so I advice to remove the newer Reader and install bundled version) and I have the folder on C: (Desktop) so I don't know. Also a restart after the firmware update was needed so that the 5.50 software started. I don't have any interesting chips to test for now so I don't know if it works 100%.

From the technical point of view it looks like this is the Chinese version of XPROG 5.50 with loader and emulated ET199 protection (I have not dug into that, but patch installs a device driver that looks like emulates ET199 chinese protection).

Indeed, but atmega dumps are different. Looks like a straight solution to 5.5.0 instead of using 5.4.8 dumps and later update to 5.5.0

maybe becouse my atmega64 files is from 5.48 v from other post files is from 5.45

RAIMI your version will not work without a certificate from the folder with the program
without proper certificates it will require to update certificates and will not pass verification !!! You can upload a folder of your computer's HPROG, but it is necessary if you pass verifi!

You can update any xprog-box version with V5.0 but it was many errors in reading and writing
Not stable, Hard ID changes every time
