Peugeot 407 BSI JC need flash

Hello. J need flash to BSI JC 2006r nr
BSI 2004 H04
hw: 9663510480
sw: 9663107180

J try calibrate millage in bsi by FVDI Arbitres and hi demaged flash. eeprom 95128 is ok but flash is erased. J haven't got beckup . J read demaged flash by obd , someone help me and calculate checksum ,repair dump or send good flash. J try write anather flash from this forum (dump read by smok tool)but arbitress show "wrong sum control".

Your flash is OK.
If you can not write it by OBD desolder flash from BSI and read it by programmer and post dump.
Or you can try flash it by OBD with this dump in another format:

Some FVDI PSA users warn others: FVDI kills Johnson control BSI.


Exactly, BSI is not kill,it is in boot mode but car is in economy mode, put BSI in car but star other car and connect +and- in car for read BSI is work 100%.


To explain better my procedure: no problem when you read BSI connected other car will start on the battery of the vehicle you read BSI because the proceed is not fast and your vehicle goes into economy mod then your BSI remains in boot mod and does not want to start your car if you happen redone a reading of your BSI and finally exit the boot mod reading and more concern, especially connect another car started on the battery of the vehicle to read.


You could understand like this: the BSI goes in economy/boot mode because the procedure takes much time – I have to connect another car to the battery of the non-starting car, start the donor-car and then I will be able to connect to the “dead” BSI and revive it by switching off the economy/boot mode.

This procedure not working , j try twice times. J wrote dump "c4flashJC22.11 ok.rar (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=303310&d=1425814884)" and bsi starts.
J make virgin 95128 and recode bsi, pair with ecu and programmed new transponder. Cars start.

Now J have problem, j can'y synchronize remote key. Bsi not see any frequanecy in parametrs.
Problem is in flash or telecode?

Have a bsi C4 2009 in boot mode but tried N times but always error(yes from start used a charger ) , 95128 is ok but car it's show nothing - like no power .
MCU Easy Can 4 so don't know how to flash .

Hi frezzby problem is so flash is cleared before new write. You have 3 change use dump from DK a try write FVDI in option Read/up data ,use orig AVDI or UHDS last change in lexie (diagbox) try update BsI. ........

And most last possibility is desolder flash and repair it manually.

Car was to dealer and they told bsi damaged ,tried to explain that the mcu flash 1mb was the problem , they tried to update the bsi but without success .
Then tried used bsi and swapped the 95128 but car same result .
I suspect the used bsi with same problem because normally it must be ok.
This ARM7 mcu can use jlink to transfer the flash back ?
In my documents there is a backup but don't know if is ok and don't know exactly how to flashing it back.
Can you post a print screen from the "Read/up data" or the version 5.10 or 6.3 .

Tested a bsi from a c5 but not same version , car power up but no start it's normal.
Can someone explain me the procedure to flash back the bin with the fvdi ? Thanks.

Hello and thank you for the pinout my I have already, I have reelected a montage with the plugs recuperer in case my mounting and valid only for Valeo simple - valeo evo - jc simple and its not working to jc evo its plant and p In boot mode so no possibiliter to read the pin code and to extract the flash because its convert the dump thank you as it is necessary to obligatorily put the eprom virgin once we inject a flash compatible with the same signature? I also have few times problem with fvdi and JC bsi. On car and out off car on desk. Last was C5 2006y JC fvdi make problem with flash bsi was in boot mode.
I try few flash, fvdi write and bsi was live again but eeprom was erased. So i think is good to make backup of eeprom. And then play with diffrent flash if you can not find same bsi flash number.

It is for his that before reading the bsi one must enter the bsi and see the signature as its in case that there and a problem it will just find the same flash with the same signature rewrite the flash then desolder The eprom to put it virgin and telecoding.
My only problems that poses problems are the bsi after 2006 or 2008 the JC EVO the simple JC had absolutely no worries if you follow the recomandation fuse remove - remove the mose standby with diagbox and put a booster or a car Pad with the cables.

The problem can be solved 100% by writing the flash with same software signature. will work 100% tested by me after boot mode by FVDI. After writing the flash ave to program the key.
