DDT2000 diagnostics

Hello,
I hope that someone will have experience with DDT2000 Renault Diagnostics and might be able to help me out.
I have installed version 2.9.0.4. It runs OK it sees my VAG K+Can cable but it does not connect to the cars. I have tried with one Clio 1.2 16V 2001 model and one Kangoo similar model. It does not come up with any error either. Any ideas please?

Yes I know. I have it installed but can not connect to any car i have tried so far. I used VAG K+Can and VAG KKL but no luck. I can not understan what i am doing wrong. Problem is that there is no user manual for it so no help... i will not give up though. :)

Driver issues. Does ddt see the com port you're using? Are you using admin privileges? Are you running in compatibillity mode?
I see you are using 2.9.0.4. Windows7 or 8 by any chance?

Yes it sees the com port with both cables. I am using Win XP as admin and no compatibility mode. I run it through Internet Explorer.

Taking a guess then you need to alter driver .ini file to give a 10400 baudrate then once done that if not working try 2ms latency tme.

Hi again,

I have tried various settings in the driver but no luck.
i also tested with 1260 cable but it does exactly the same thing. It sees the com port it selects the model car but does not show any ECU Module etc.
Here I attach a screen capture of the problem.

You don't need the car. Just the interface conected, and the program wil run.

The program runs, I select a car model and then nothing shows at the scan screen. Please see picture in my post above.

I am using windows XP. I had an older version running OK in the past on this same laptop before. But never got this version running all the way to the component selection scan screen.
I am thinking that it could be the complete installation package that is not good and maybe I should download a different one and try again.
Any idea about a good working copy with complete data base?

I'm using DDT2000 light.Easy and stable.Tryed to connect on banch to ems3132 and sirius32n with vag k+can commander, but with unluck.
Softer working normally like using KKL, but without comunication between vag k+can and ecu.
I think need special addon.

Well since i never got it working i am back with the starting screen and a Parse error... but i believe it is because of non connection with the "News server"...

I m using now windows 7 64, after installation I get error : xmlNews.parseError: cant find ,
all folders are empty, I cant choose any ecu in menu
antivirus is turned off, xml3 downloaded, other database tryed, still same problem
older version of ddt no problem, but I want to use english version
