Thank you ozyman for sharing links. I've tried opening the exe file after downloading the ECM 1.6 tito zip file but was unsuccessful. I get this error msg after I click Titanium.exe;

"Error at initialization of bundled DLL: smartkey.dll"

I have all the files in the folder as depicted in the manual;
Checkfam/DataBase/Plugin/Resource/Uninstall/EcmAlgoDLL.dll/lua5.1.dll/regkey.dat/Titanium.exe/TitaniumSystem.s3d/uninstall.exe

Did I miss any steps?
