Hello dear friend!I found on the internet that sell chips for the Chinese Smartbox that are unlocked and the replacement of the chip or the contents of the chip smartbox is unlocked and does not check the serial number of the software.In this way you can use the software with the Any serial number and the tool will work properly!I'm experimentally tried to find a record of the serial number of the content that I read from the chip W77LE58F25 from my smartbox V2.2 but I could not.Please, if anyone has a solution to help!

I have a problem with X431 diagun III.
When I start it, it shows an error. It says: "No power! System will power off".


I start the tool, then it shows this error and then it turn OFF by itself.
And the tool doesn?t accept charge. I already tried with another battery but the problem is the same.


How can I solve this problem ? Is possible to make a reset ?

Hi Guys, I am in trouble. My original X431 stopped working. Was working yesterday, nothing this morning, opened it up, see nothing by just looking at it, looks brand new, even after all these years. The main board or the screen board might be the reason, but how will I choose witch to buy. Any one got parts, or a cheap used or some clever info to help me get it running again? If I knew someone else with one, could swap spares, but I don't. I am in SA, I know there is a few SA guys on here.

It connects to adapter through bluetooth, but when I open BMW for example or Audi (anything) it shows error: Failed to get connector information, please try again
I tried Firmware update, but it tries to connect and after 1min. gives error Firmware update failed! IT doens't even start it. All the time sits on 0%. Is my adapter dead or what? Software was cracked.

This applies to files on each one marks you want to update.Delete from memory card the old version and inserting a new modified version.

If I buy launch connector from ALIEXPRESS will I be able to use my software? I know that the software is locked to the serial number of the connector but is there a way in the instalation folder the serial number of the old connector to be changed with the new one? I have a problem with X431 diagun III.
When I start it, it shows an error. It says: "No power! System will power off".


I start the tool, then it shows this error and then it turn OFF by itself.
And the tool doesn?t accept charge. I already tried with another battery but the problem is the same.


How can I solve this problem ? Is possible to make a reset ?

Diagun III Common Problem easy fix by reflashing tsop with good Dump 100%:
No power ! Sistem will power off
boot up stuck





The "No power! System will power off". was fixed by reflashing the unit with a good bin, I have fixed thart in mine, Also another common problem is that it get stuck in the boot logo, wich can be fixed by reflashing with a GOOD dump of the flash, not found here, Couse I tested all and are bad dump, got it from another good unit from a friend, Thanks!!!

Hobby mechanic here with little computer skills..

I have an authentic "Launch X.431 Tool" Scanner.
It will connect with a Honda I just tried but not with a 2010 Mercedes even though it has the Mercedes software on it.
I believe it needs an upgrade.
I tried calling the company and they no longer will support it because of its age.
I am wondering if there is someone out there that knows if I can upgrade it? and if so can point me into the right direction.

I have a yellow X431 plus with an original Toyota software. The problem is I bought a VAG car and I dont really want to purchase a software again, because a VCDS is half price and I think smarter than a Launch in this situation.
