first "1. Setup.reg"
secondly "2. Setup.exe"
after must to connect the usb interface 59f decoder with power supply 12v (without no run)
and is ready for use.

I have this original device and working OK on some win XP desktop comp. but dont work on laptops , I think low current on USB port .

Did anyone started this device on win 7 laptop or win 7 desktop ?
