Maruthi Suzuki key programming in 2 min , Hyundai I 20 key programming done , Hyundai verna fludic remote done in few seconds

Temporary conclusion : useless for Toyota

I don't know mate,but i don't think i did it wrong. The latest Toyota soft i have now is,if i'm not mistaken,is 30.05.

As for the steps to follow while doing the programming as per on the screen. There are 4 options available which are :
~ Type 1
~ Type G/H
~ Avanza
~ and for 4C.

I always do the job in accordance,means if it's a G-key then i'd click for G-type option. If it's not work then i'd try them all. But,still it fails no matter which option i chose to go with.

At first the device will show "communicating................"

Then,programming breakdown is : turned ignition ON,main line is connected,battery has power..is equipped with this system.... then prese ENT..

Pressed ENT... "communicating........... please wait..........."

Yet nothing happened. It always end up with that "programming breakdown" So with the remote programming.

really? any idea how to solve it? that's a bit weird as it only fails on Toyota. Had it been hardware malfunction should not it supposed to affect all the programming modules,not only Toyota?

Tip most Toyota cars.
I did 2009 Toyota Rev4, I programmed remote then just copy spare key with TMPro2 works wonder.

I have read this earlier about this issue:
Later Range Rover / Land Rover with their latest security patch from dealer.
Will destroy the flash in the BCM KVM.
Only way to solve it is to fix it with original dealer tool online. And good knowledge.
Or buy new modules etc. Quite expensive.
These vehicles done here, has not been updated with latest security patch?

Or the X100 has a new software which bypass this problem? I think AVDI has a solution for this?
Or you people, just taking the chances that the vehicle has not been at a genuine dealer.
Since it far away from any genuine dealer in the area.

if you machine fail at least 2 time to make the smart key.. you should not continue because all your previous registered key wont work anymore...
this thing happened to 2 person that i know. if you need to fix the problem you should go to company or with autologic scan that is very very expensive

Connected the cable to the OBD port ==> ignition ON ==> chose type 1,2 and 3 one after another ==> got prompted on the screen "communication breakdown bla bla bla ... main line is connected bla bla bla " ==> pressed ENT ==> nothing happenned.

I even tried it with ignition ACC/Off.. result was the same..nothing happened.

Finished the job manually.

Thanks for your feeback. Regarding Toyota(no smart systme), primary key and secondary key has been typed. If the primary key lost, please program directly. If secondary key lost, please program same as ALL kEY LOST( which need to initialize the data with EEPROm adapter first and program as normal) Thanks

yes, the promariy key and scondary key need to be tell. And EEPROM adapter can used to do ALL KEY LOST for toyota.

I don't think it's a user problem Susan.. i just talked to a friend who own that old x100+.. he told me that AT LEAST for Toyota 4D67 he can do ALL KEY LOST without having to touch the eeprom or immobox. Straight from OBD. Once the device connected to the car,option for ALL KEY LOST is there. As for me,once the device connected to the car,options available only :
.
1. Erase keys
2. Reset immobilizer
3. Engine ECU or something like that.. but no option for ALL KEY LOST.
.
at least for 4D67,old x100+ is much better than the PRO. x100+ can do Toyota 4D67 ALL KEY LOST..it just doesn't work for Toyota G,which is fine as i have Tango as a back up.

1. All key lost.
2. Clear DTC
3. Live Data.

Job not done as i didn't have the guts to proceed it using the "All key lost" menu. It just too risky i think . :creep: :biggrin:

The remote key is with pcf7937E inside.

Anyone has info on know how to program this remote key guys? Will SKP do this?

New update for Toyota is now available guys.

"By the looks" of it's appearance on the screen it looks like there is an improvement in it. It now has 5 types ; 1. For 67/68 2. For G 72 3. For H 8A/8E 4. For 4C and 5. For Avanza.

Hopefully this new better "appearance' on the screen will be equal to its capability.. Aameen to that.! :biggrin:

Or probably anyone here has tried this new update of Toyota? If so.. please let us know.

I have F108, cannot work with old models (before 2005) but very well with CAN system if you have one working key.

Neither do i know @s-jumbe..:confusion: the only possible cause that i can guess it could be just because of unmatched keys. I saw in a thread back then that @godthefartherthe once sadi,from i can understand his words,that there is a certain Honda out there which requires an original key. It's in "SKP Yes or No" thread if i remember it correctly.

The point is from day 1 I bought this x100 pro tool has never worked on any cars sold in Europe, not one person in uk on this forum programmed Europe cars, why sell some thing which does not work, I am going to send this tool to the expert in uk and will give the report.

what is the use of EEPROM adapter that comes along with x100 pro key programmer? i am fairly new to the locksmith industry and just bought an x100 pro unit

before purchasing the x100 i did a lot of research and discovered that it is mostly compatible and good with cars from Asia i.e Japan, which is the majority market in my country (Kenya) i however also learnt that the t300 would work on most european brands

The point is from day 1 I bought this x100 pro tool has never worked on any cars sold in Europe, not one person in uk on this forum programmed Europe cars, why sell some thing which does not work, I am going to send this tool to the expert in uk and will give the report.

Yes mate.. old incode. In some countries the technology applied may be just a bit backward comparing to the others.

SangYong Rexton RX230, key programming is OK. Option available only "program keys". This option works for both adding a spare or all key lost.

Subaru--yes, need to read the pin code with eeprom to make new keys. X100 pro is a key programmer, can't sync ECM and IBU.
