Help/questions with Nyo4

Hi there,
I have Nyo4 (2015) but i don't know how to work properly with it.

I have a dump from a Golf 3 MM (93C565), when I select the dump file (after choosing the correct dash model) I get a few options that I don't know what they mean: Swap byte, Counter for Swap Bytes and Counter for Normal Byte. If I want to change the mileage, what must I do first (swap byte and then set the counter in normal, don't swap anything and just set the counter in normal...)?

Yes I do not know how to work it Nyo4 and Yes I'm a noob.

Much appreciated if someone could help or point in the right direction.

Its does?? GOD DAMMIT! But I think I figured out, I need to swap, then change mileage, swap again, save and then reprog the eprom. Maybe that is what went wrong the last time, I don't remember if I did the last swap.

I'll try doing that later, I'm getting some issue here, somehow I've no been able to upload the dump (I get some errors).

Why would he do that? Save as .bin, right click, add to archive (.rar or .zip) then upload here fine.

Guys thanks anyway. I figured it out: 1- swap; 2 - Set counter just normal; 3 - Swap again and done. Reprog eprom, tested and worked.
