Problem Solved!!
Here is how:
I read the SPC56AP54L3 mcu with two programmers: Xprog box 5.7.6 original and MACACA programmer by Autokey, both programmers make a good reading and writing:
426441426443
Here is my mistake to get the dtc codes:
U-3000-49 Internal failure of the SRS unit
B2801-49 Internal failure of the SRS unit
C0063-96: Yaw Rate Sensor Diagnose Malfunction
B00A0-54: Seat weight sensor calibration setting not set
After write the cleared bin file I read it again and then compare the files and there are many differences, explained by Autokey:
"If you power the unit on with +12V for some time (even without programmer connection), thenremove +12V and try to read DATA FLASH you will notice lot of different bytes. These bytes were modifiedby unit?s firmware and presumably mean logged error. Such units automatically register error in the dataflash when powered without connection to the other vehicle?s units (extracted from a car and powered ondesk). Here is how it looks like. Upper dump is after powering up extracted unit on the desk with external 12V:
426448
As you can see this looks like some error record was added to the log area."
Solution is very easy: Don't read again the data flash section, only verify after write, then install the module in car. If you read the data flash again you will get these dtc codes. The problem was not the programmer, only the procedure... :burnout:

OK, but i do not understand next. If you read after writing and get log errors, why is not possible after put module in car to erase DTCs ?

Sorry, I forget to mention this part: Need to short SCS to clear DTCs, I tried to clear dtc without short SCS and says " Clear DTCs not possible..." ...

The HDS software grounds the SCS line internally trough the DLC connector. Honda SCS line ( Service Check System) usually is the pin 9 of DLC connector. Need to short SCS line to succesfully clear DTC codes in SRS module.
