Audi - IMHO cheap. DW in some points meets with TQ limiter because of no increase in DW. 330 Nm on 1800 rpm is not safe for this drivetrain. Smoke not touched, lambda not touched if it has DPF, no boost increase. Tbh - 3 minutes of work.

Hi,
can someone check and eventually optimize this tuned software for me ?
Car is a Audi A4 2.0 TDI 8E B7 140HP Quattro, Engine Code is BPW -> EGR/DPF is removed and flywheel is changed to one-mass flywheel ->Software is Stage 1(180HP by ZDX Performance).

I didn't need more Power than the 180HP but i don't know if that software modification was done correctly.

In attachment a 512 Kb file from a Peugeot 206 RC Marelli: now, I managed to read a 480 Kb file from Peugeot Sport ECU (always Marelli 6LP, but different P/N) with a Galletto 1260 clone (it missed a byte as not perfectly compatible with Marelli). Software is completely different, as Sport ECU doesn't work with ABS/ESP and A/C.
Can someone manage to copy the ignition and fuel tables on ORI map, please? I'll attach even the readings of just Sport tables made with Galletto. Thanks!

This is joke, not remap. Torque limiter looks like mountain path, setted iq higher than dur and nm to iq allows, boost +100 mbar but limiter 2,35, SVBL 2,55 and so on.

Good afternoon sir ! I have a renault laguna 2, 1.9 dci, my personal tuning project car. It has many mods (4bar MAP, 1800bar fuel rail sensor, big turbo, piping, decat etc...) but because i can not find bigger nozzles for the injectors or bigger injectors i want to rise a bit the rail pressure. I made the tuning by myself until now, learning from forums and tutorials. In my .mod file, the fuel rail limiter map (75090 16x8) is set to 1660 bar but every time when the rail pressure rises above 1500 bar (seen on logs), the motor stops with one error - fuel pressure. The sensor can read until 1800 bar, i have seen peak pressures up to 1780 bar on the log (before CP3 regulator precontrol map extend). I tried for over 1 year to modify the rail pressure limiter, it could be a single value limiter or a map....i really used my last part of the brain and i quit...this is why i am kindly asking for your help. If it is necessary i will pay. Please help me, i really love this car and i want to make it "stronger". Thank you !
