Garmin from VW UP

Hi guys. Can anyone help me with hand update soft? its broke when i try to backup "FRESH" software (Garmin oryginal soft). I have still screen with soft info like : OS: 2.10 BL: 2.,10 BT: H14423-V2R31. When i connect nav to PC its shows me folders but i cant modify. How to change soft?
