can i ask for some confirmation. does this just get burned straight to dvd then?? or is it an iso image?

also, the west files total almost 7gb when extracted, always thought one dvd was enough, if not what files should be on each disk or just let my burner sort that out?

Can I ask if the file format is ISO? Or Do you see a Bin cue file?

if so, you need to use an ISO burning program

Do you have the DVD 1, Central and West Europe?? The links in the forum are dead...

Hi,

1. To burn this you need one of the recomended burners but i did it with a Pioneer DVR 108BK.

2. Burn with DVD Decrypter or Imgburn forget Nero burn with slowest speed possible and book type DVD-ROM.

3 Disk 1 is over 7GB you need a Dual Layer +R DVD for this good quality disks are recommended Verbatim however i burnt successfully with Aone Plus Gold Edition.

4. Disk 2 is under 4 GB you can use a 4.7GB +R for this i used a 4.7GB +R Re-Writeable.

5. Once i downloaded the files elsewhere i converted the files into an ISO file using UltraISO then use DVD Decrypter to create an MDS file and burn disk 1 with that you have to use the MDS file as it contains the layer break info and book type DVD-ROM.

Disk2 converted the source file using UltraISO into an ISO file then burn with DVD Decrypter and book type DVD-ROM.

My firmware of the nav unit was already 0650 so did not need to update it just ran.
