Hi, I have a Porsche 911 996 and i need to program a new key for this car. Does anyone know if VAG K+CAN will get the security or programming codes so I can program a new key using PIWIS? Thanks!

You'll need 12 digit code, or maybe 16, from the new remote. If you don't have this code, you'll need to read this remote with an unknown device (someone help me, please!!!) or go to a porshe dealer.
After, plug the car to the computer. You'll need a kts520, 550 or 650 with the piwis tester image for ibm t30.
Now, I've questions too :hmmmm2: (for those who knows the anwers)
First, I' ve just win a kts650 mainboard on e-bay (I'm waiting for it:eating:). Though, I don't have the cable. Is there someone can get me shematics for porshe and chevolet that works with 650?
And second, is there someone ever tried to put an harddisk with a t30 image in a kts650?
Thank you for every informations.
I just saw this, might be what your looking for. http://cgi.ebay.com/Tester-KTS-520-550-650-PIN-connection-description_W0QQitemZ260542087801QQcmdZViewItemQQp tZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item3ca984c279
As for VAG working on Porsche, no it won't. But, Abrites will do it. I also have a simulator set up to program these on the bench with the PIWIS.

I have a boxster with a water damage. I read the chip in the m535, it's a 93lc66a, are you able to find th key code in it? It's supposed to have 2 key.
Thanks a lot for any help!
