Fiat Stilo 1.9 Vibration

Hi

I have a problem with a Fiat stilo 1.9 engine 192A1000.
The engine transmits a strong vibration inside the car, and a bass noise while running at 800rpm, and not moving.

If I up the engine to 1000rpm the vibration dissapear.
I check the engine supports and are right, even the customer said me all are new from Fiat service (they changed them, but problem still remains, and so, the owner let me the car to repair)

He said me at times "pump fault" appears, but I don?t see any problem with it...

There is any of you that had same problem in the past and can put me in the right way??

Maybe the customer is right. But do not just pump injectors, if it is 1.9 jtd first check whether the transfers are equal to the expenditure of fuel. Perhaps one injection is encrusted.And causes vibration at idle.

Seems inyection problem, some injector sure is not very good. If I were you unmount and send to clean,probe,repair.....
Here in my garage, last month 3 cars like yours all jtd

All of them have some inyector in not very good conditions.

How much Km has?

It might be a glow plug, this happens often to diesel engines mate

But agrees that if the glow plugs were not good when the engine is cold but after it was heated to about Better yet, check the glow plugs

Check gearbox support.It's replaced in all stilo's after 2003 with a bigger one.
