Ducati Dashboard Virginising

Does anyone have experience of which is the best tool / cable / software to buy for virginising Ducati dashboards that have immobilisers?

I am happy to pay for something, I have a stack of used dashboards.

I got a dash also I need to virginise because I bought it used on Ebay, but I think people in this forum are not going to help us.

Well I bought a eeprom reader/writer and I manage to desolder the chip from the dash and I got the bin file from the dump, I need to clear the code to make it work with my ECU, I don't see the point on buying a very expensive tool just for this work.

I'm trying to learn how to do it myself to save a little bit, but I dont know the algorithm to encode the data on the chip.

How much would you think it would be fair to charge for a dashboard virginising if I just give the eeprom file (bin)?

Just for reference, $220 is the minimum monthly wage here in my country

Sorry for the delay, no, the bike came without dash, I bought a used one and I'm trying to clean it. If I had the old one I could have read the eeprom.
This is the bin file from the used dash.
