    Default crafter dpf off

    Hello !

    Can someone help me with a dpf off ?



    VW Crafter 2.5
    0 281 012 544
    074 906 032 F


    As far as i know this is a one switch solution (address 1D4378 change from 01 to 00) but i still got p0546.


    Attached is the original flash file read with bdm100

    Can someone PLEASE post a ecu pinout ? I think the ecu is burned (

    I am able to communicate with the ecu over bdm port but nothing on k-line. Any ideas ?


    Can someone post a virgin eeprom and flash , or a total read of this type of ecu ?

    2. MCU problem
    3 You broke sw

    how much amper at idle and after boot ?

    Yes... at ori the same problem, i think it's a hardware problem, i bought a second hand ecu , i'll post the flash later on today maybe someone can help mask p0546.

    My final post on this thread !


    In the end it turned out it was only a software problem. It seems that my old and reliable bdm100 doesn't do the right checksum under Windows 7 32bit (have no ideea why?). Even though it says everything is ok it seems it's not , btw i got a spare vw crafter ecu for sale

    Now regarding DPF and P0546 the solution is this :


    For DPF :

    address 1D437C change value 01 to 00


    For DTC P0546

    address 1CE46E change value 16 to 00
    address 1CE58B change value 18 to 00
