Ford C-MAX EPB Removal

Hi,

i have a ford C-MAX that did have a EPB but now has been converted to manual handbrake but the car is still looking for the module but it has been removed

i have completed a auxiliary vehicle id reset on the abs so the abs knows it doesnt have it anymore

but the GEM module does still think it has it i know you need to change the as built data but you cant change the orignal config with vcm so maybe i can use orignal abrites??

so i try to use the file from motorcraft website but the file extension is .ab?? and avdi uses .xml?? i try to change the file extension but still no luck

can anyone suggest anything?
