Opel Corsa C 2002 key programming problems

My customer bought a new key with new transponder in another shop. They tried to program the key but it not working
Ok i'll try it no prob. Before the programming i found this DTC "Invalid transponder type" just this nothing more (deleted of course)
I've ckecked the (only)working key and there is a simple ID40 opel transponder i've checked a new transponder and same.

i'm able program the new key with differnt stuffs (succesfull) but after the programming the "invalid transponder type" DTC appears again and the new key not working.

I was tried two another transponders (fresh programmed PC7935) same as before.
I don't dare the "all key lost" process bcose when it's failed the only key is erased and i don't have backup plan

Any advice/idea?

did you prepare blank PCF7935 to opel crypto id40 and if yes what tool did you use to do it?

yes
one with handy baby and one with effi. Both works earlier

Have you solved the problem.

Do you get the error message "Invalid transponder type" after you have successfully learned new key to the car OR
are you not even able to learn the new key in the first place ?

My steps:
- clear all dtc
- sucessfully learned the new transponder
- not working the new key
- Invalid transponder type DTC appears again.

Tested with three different transponders

that's strange. If you get the message "Key successfully learned" then that should be it.
How many learned keys are displayed before and right after new key learning ?

unfortunately i don't know
before the process i saw 2 keys but after the learning didn't checked the added keys just the DTC. It's like a write protected memory

I had a similar problem, pre-coded with Zedbull, no good. Pre-coded with Tag-Key Tool, no good. Pre-coded with Tango worked OK
