Default Peugeot Partner 2007 1.9 com2000, bsi and dash problem.

    hi Digital kaos members.

i have a Peugeot Partner 2007 on my hands, the car was on fire by children's accident (they start a fire in the passenger seat) and the right side of the dashboard... firefighters comes and extinguish the fire as normal WITH WATER ... now i buy a new complete dashboard and plastics and i repair all electric lines by code etc. BUT when i connect the battery to smoke test nothing happens (psa 0 Patrick 1) put the key on ignition and dash turns on BUT the digital screen only shows -_-_-_-_-_-, no kilometers or squares of oil level, battery led still off, handbrake indicator ON, ESP keeps ON (partner dont have any stability control) SO i connect my favorite LEXIA scan to obd and try to read codes, start a full scanner to al devices and pp2000 shows all weird devices like ESP, AIRBAG, GPS, RADIO etc, its weird because that car only have BSI, COM2000, DASH and ECU. scans ends and only have comunicacion with ECU, no bsi no dash and com2000 comunication. i said "BSI DIED" take out the bsi and surprise, the bsi changes to amphibian. open the bsi and inside looks worst. ok, i buy a new one, take the eprom out, fill with FFs and program with pp2000, connect the bsi, put VIN in config and new BSI come to live, full scan again and shows the correct units (happy face) but then DISASTER. scan have comunication with dash (but dash still showing the same scheme -_-_-_-_) have comunication with BSI (with several errors like no comunication with dash and com2000)... have good comunication with ECU and NO comunication with COM2000... take out com2000 for water damage and seems ok, no water, all contacts ok etc. ALSO when i try to test the needles just temp works, when i delete the dtcs dash suddenly start to work fine but when pp2000 ends the procces dash back to "retard" mode

The question is: is there a wiring diagram for com2000 ?? (3 days looking and no luck)
anyone knows the problem of my "retard" dashboard? (i test the dash on another partner and works fine)
is there a guide or tutorial for program a virgin BSI without broke something?

PSA electric system its very clever but some times i want to shoot myself.

    Thanks by advance.

Give me you VIN number for diagram.
When you have -_-_-_-_ on dash, maybe you have problem with abs/esp or multiplex wires beetwen
    bsi - ecu - abs.

If you have this -_-_-_-_ on dash, that dosn`t mean you have problem with dash, that mean you have problem with ABS, or multiplex wire is damage, bad contact on bsi, or abs, or something like that..

Edit: Now i see that car dont have ABS/ESP.. That mean you have problem with communication on line BSI- Engine ECU..

Check wire H3, H4 on brown connector on ECU and 40 pins black connector on BSI Pin 4 and pin 2 . .

    Lines are OK

today i test another bsi from other partner and dash WORKS FINE (damn) it seems the BSI is damaged. i compare the original one with the damaged one and everything looks fine, i test pin 8 and 10 from 10V NR inside the bsi and have a good continuity, at this point i cant buy a new bsi and the last bsi that i buy looks new inside... anyone have any info about comunication lines from inside ???????

damn that bsi was too expensive...
