Emulator wince5 can work " Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional with Service Pack 4 or Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 1" see Windows CE 5.0 Device Emulator - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details
Emulator wince can work only with com port 1-9.
If N com port>9 you can delete all hidden com port and
re-install BlueSoliel-this version BlueSoliel free ,but work
    only with win 2000,XP,Vista.
Win 98 work with com-port good, win XP bad-need driver
    Giveo.
    You can install Win XP.
Or setup Diagun software in Mini2440 or PDA with ARM
    processor and wince5.

Hello sergej, yes I Follow your instructions and managed to connect it on COM6, and I edited 800X480 Extra Eng.cmd to fit COM6. And it worked, it get connected but I couldn't install Givieodriver, maybe beacuse my OS is WIn 7-64bit and the Givieo is for 32 bit I think, What I am doing wrong?
    thanks a lot sergej

My DIAGUN died too, worked perfectly for amonth. Then one day I tried to turn it on but does'nt boot up. It shows only the initial logo but nothing else, I found a video on youtube with the exact problem, think is a common failure.

I tried everything, with power connected, without the battery, without the miscro-sd, with the resset button, and it doesn't links with the activesync. Is like someone has erased the Operative system

Thta message appears when you update your smartbox and whe is firts used. I follow your instructions on post 72 and set the smartbox SPP_SLAVE to port COM6, and edited the 800X480 Extra Eng.cmd to COM6. Then it get connected but showed the message you see on the picture
