Hello!

I have here BMW F30 that had car accident and body shop changed two front lights and winshield.

Car came to me with following DTCs

8041B6 LWR System Faulty
8041BA AHL System Faulty

8041F5 Headlight Driver Module (TMS): Headlight Beam Throw Adjustment (LWR) fault
8041FB Headlight Driver Module (TMS) Left: AHL Fault
8041FF Headlight Driver Module (TMS) Left: Coding Error
D90D2E Headlight Driver Module (TMS) Left (LIN): Incorrect Version Installed

8041F9 Right Headlight Dirver Module (TMS): Headlight Beam Throw Adjustment (LWR) fault
8041F8 Right Headlight Driver Module (TMS): AHL Fault
8041F0 Right Headlight Driver Module (TMS): Coding Error
D90D31 Headlight Driver Module (TMS), Right (LIN): Incorrect Version Installed

D90D28 Rain-Light-Solar-Condensation Sensor: Wrong Variant Installed

I have try to do coding with E-sys but same DTCs
This care don't have headlight modules on E-sys (look picture)
I have disable Adaptive Headlight from VO (FA) + FEM coding and no more error but vertical adjustment don't work.

If someone can please help here with advice or make it trough teamviewer please do.
I don't need Adaptive Headlight (It would be nice if that can work also) but automatic vertical adjustment is needed.

If you dont have LED or adaptive headlight FEM is the module controlling the lights. No need to disable adaptive option. Check modules replaced if they are correct and code FEM and initialise headlight.

I have try to code FEM and to initialise headlight but no luck. Is it possible that wrong part numbers are installed? Headlight works and turn signals also but just adaptive headlight not and vertical adjustment.

Confirm if the part number are correct. Its likely the headlight driver module is non adaptive
