good afternoon everyone, I have a golf v 2.0 TFSI 200cv manual AXX, the car has the following material installed but it has a lot of knock.

HPFP Autotech
DP 3''
Intake Ramair Oversize
New NGK Coils and Sparkplugs
ron98 fuel
When the car knocks the throttle body closes as a protection, can anyone give me a clue as to what might be happening? The engine has good compression, attached a couple of datalogs.
