Clone ECU, remap one of them

Hello

If i clone my Bosch ECU EDC17c10 to a new ECU unit. Using Ktag clone.

Can i tune one ECU and still swap between them and both works in the car?
One std ECU, one ECU remapped

Tune made by a real tuner and checksum and so on are ok.

if you read the flash and both ecu are the same then you can copy the flash and write it over
